Hi terry ,this is the same person I posted about a week or so back .I pm`d her and asked why would I meet up with someone who hasn`t told anything about herself or even where she reside when asked ?
I had pm`d her a couple of times and she never answered any questions put to her .,weired
dont know if anyone has picked up on this news.
putting it out there anyway.. http://www.zocalo.com.mx/new_site/articulo/permitieron-en-iglesia-abuso-de-una-joven.
translated into english (by someone on reddit).
Elders need to be prosecuted for not reporting these crimes to the appropriate authorities ,either child Protection or the police in every Country .
Only then will we see a reduction in this sort of abuse that has been allowed to go on for so long.
Its an indictment against law enforcement agencies around the world that this has not been done already
Elders themselves have failed both ethically and morally in not taking it upon themselves to report these abuses despite what the Legal Department or the Governing body have directed them to do .
They need to man up for the children`s sake.
look at this - the percentage of americans who have no religious affiliation is now higher than any religious group!.
next step, a majority!.
.
I would hazard a guess also that many who identify with a religion don`t actually practice the religion they identify with .
So wouldn`t / shouldn`t these ones really come under the scope of being of no religion ?
I`m sure we all know many people if asked what religion they are would give you an answer to this or that religion but have never gone to church and have no intention of ever going to one.
That could be ascertained by asking the questions ,
how often do you attend ,
when was the last time you attended
and are you planning to attend in the next 5 years or so .

Not to be picky but I thought the three fold cord was between man, wife and Jehovah where Jesus was left completely out of the picture ,which happens more times than not in JW theology.
Whatever the case when you think about it ,it is weired ,and sad to say I bought into it years ago.
on saturday my son finally got around to getting his driver's license, and then on monday, he bought his first car.
you might be thinking he is 16 or 17, but you'd be wrong.
he is almost 22 and in his third year of college.
That brings back memories my friend ,my first car at 19/20 was an Austin A 40 Tourer /soft top? 1948 model .
I still have fond memories of that car being my first.
today my wife and i went to college.
although not allowed to go to college as jws we got to lead a class today and it was really special to be able to do that.
the class was an honors class on social media and psychology and i created a presentation around the propaganda and manipulation used against us as jws.
dubstepped thank you for sharing this.I hope you and your wife can get the opportunity to do more such presentations like this at other schools of learning ,well done .
On a lighter side: At a TMS you would have got a G for presentation and delivery but I`m sorry to say your wife would have got a W for appearance simply because she wore slacks ,and then would have been taken into the backroom for a dressing down from the Elders.
Apart from that I loved it
smiddy
you realize that your spiritual leader may be wackier than previous suicide cult leaders.

a study of religious retention rates–that is, what percentage of people raised in a particular church or religion stay with it when they are grown–is quite interesting.
https://www.patheos.com/blogs/geneveith/2012/07/religious-retention-rates/.
jdubs have alittle over 36%.
I`m surprised that the Mormons have 70% ? And the Catholics only 68% ?
I liked that
