One of the points of conventions: obedience training
by john.prestor ini think a lot these days about people who train you to be obedient without telling you that's what they're doing.
the thought occurred to me that that could be part of the idea of regional conventions.
it's not like they present much of anything new to the audience, it's the same old talks year after year, the same old information, yeah, repackaged a little, different themes, different illustrations, but the same information, obey the faithful slave, armageddon is imminent, go door-to-door, the usual.

If you or I had any dealings in any way that would be a benefit to one of Babylon The Greats Churches ,you or I would face a JC and be dealt with accordingly .
Apparently the same rules do not apply to the WT Organization when money is involved.

Introduction
by inactive1 ini have been in crisis regarding the international problem of the way child abuse has been handled in the wt organization.
i have been dealing with serious health issues that made it necessary for me to go on permanent disability since 2015. since then my health has gotten worse making it nearly impossible to attend meetings.
in this period i have received no spiritual or other help of any kind.

Does It Bother You That Christian Churches and Christian People Are Being Persecuted and Killed?

The media have a big role to play in this.
They seem to highlight offenders that persecute Muslims and identify them and their causes with no problem that are more often than not fellow Muslims of a different sect. Never a Christian religion.
However when extremist Muslim Religions attack and bomb Christian Churches they are rarely if ever identified as Muslims and the churches they attack are not identified as christian churches but only as religious people engaged in prayers. Or some other such ambiguity .

Maybe the doctrines and messages that the GB of Jehovah`s Witnesses publish on line & in print invite such a reaction from certain countries .
Just think of what JW`s say and print worldwide about Russia is it any wonder they are not happy with it ?
Of course Russia would class them as an extremist organization not knowing what they may be capable of .
The GB bring this persecution upon their members themselves just as they did in Malawi while excusing the same conduct in Mexico .

I think ANZAC day today was attended by a record number of people all over the country. And I think that so many young people who were involved either as participants in the services or just observers in the crowds is a great testimony to the respect and gratitude they have for those who served in those wars and conflicts so that we may have and enjoy the lucky land that we live in .

All Australians and new Zealanders should be proud of this day.

surely he should as he has on past experience in the old testament now approach a world leader of either the usa ,england ,russia ,china ,or the united nations or even israel and make his judgement`s known .?.

he said he feels jehovah’s spirit is back and that they are all being so kind.. i am just sick to my stomach.
he just refuses to see anything as a problem.

Get him to show you one scripture in the New Testament in the NWT that requires Christians to be Witnesses of Jehovah .
Their is not one .
Do a little research of your own about how many scriptures their are in the NT that require Christians to be witnesses of , for , or about Jesus Christ and their are at least 20 such scriptures .
Philippians 2:9 -10 God gave Jesus a name that is above every other name ( including the name Jehovah ) "so that in the name of Jesus every knee should bend ( in worship ) in those in heaven and those on earth and those under the ground "
An obvious reference that God wants Christians to worship Jesus to be able to come to him in this period of time as a test of their faith.
