When my niece was just about 3 she peeked under the shower curtian at her dad and came running to the kitchen shouting to her mom "Daddy has a tail in front!"

Kids say the funniest things!
by whyamihere inmy daughter lily is 3 years old.
she is now asking me all the body parts(all of them).
now i am not one to hold back so i told her what she has and what her little brother has when she asked.. so anyway..... now she sings songs about it.

Fatfreek, actually I am the youngest of 10. In those days children were raised a lot like the farm animals, basic physical needs were met, but otherwise children were ignored. Emotional needs were not even known about. My two brothers went on to crime, me, being a shy little girl, I grew up to join the JW cult, looking for something that was not there. The whole family is fractured, most do not speak to each other. The EXLAX story is one of the few funny memories I have from those long ago days. You do not have to be JWs to destroy a family. You just have to act like one. That was my mother.....

I remember EXLAX alright. It was 50+ years ago. I was about 4 or 5. My brother Tim was 15 months older than me and Melvin was 15 months older than Tim. We discovered a full box of EXLAX in the medicine cabinet. Melvin promptly announced that since he was the oldest, he got the largest piece and he took half. Tim then said since he was bigger than me, he got the next biggest piece. All I got was a tiny piece. The old farm house only had one bathroom.........

Mine says I have the cutest little grandaughter, Sierrah, sitting in a hat box playing with all the beads. I sure am glad she is not being raised a JW. She smiles all the time, that is how little micro XJWs are, you know

this ended as there supposedly a lawsuit in ny w/a person who experienced this.
did any of you ever have this happen in your cong.?

I remember that. It was not called disfellowshipping, though, and the practice was done away with rather quickly. I don't think it went on for more than about a year. I remember an annoucement being made about a young man in the congregation after he was found to be a thief. It was in the late 80s. Can't recall what it was called.

We have Prop 200 here now that is supposed to do exactly that, make the state and city workers turn them in. It has not made one bit of difference. The hospitals are packed with them getting free medical, free to them, the rest of us pay for it. But if we do not have insurance, we are screwed. We go without.
Remember the Berlin Wall? That is what we need.

Tell me about it. I live in Phoenix AZ. There are so many of them that the cops can't begin to deal with it so when they stop them for running red lights (they can't read signs and don't know what the lights mean) they have no insurance or license and they just let them go.
Another thing that irritates me is that when they are done with something like a mattress or refrigerator they just go out at night and dump it on the side of the road. They want to turn it into the kind of slum they came from. I am soooo glad we are moving out of here. June 6th is the big day.
Don't even get me started on the theft issue. Our car has been stolen twice in the 4 years we have been here.

by Gill ini often feel that i'm on this site having a 'moan' about one thing or another but this is one confused country when it comes to any sense of law any sense of law and order in any form.
yesterday, on his way home from school, by son was attacked by someone with a record for violent behaviour, a boy of the same age.
i rang the school and the police because son received injuries and was threatened with more violence if he reported the attack.
