  is often used to prove that jesus cares about little children.

  pretty images of jesus hugging kids proves nothing, if within the organisation he controls, he does nothing to protect the innocent.. so does jesus care?.

  the only reason i ask is cause my brother got into a pickle.

  he and a girl sexted she went to the elders and tried to tell on him, but she didn't know what was his congregation, and i dont think that they keep the publisher cards, but do they have his name in file and can just look him up and find his hall or do they need his congregation name in order to catch him?

  he told me about this, ive told him to try this out, he wouldn't ..but now i'm curious, whether or not they have him and all his information.

  I hope he wasn't dumb to sext pictures including face. And also, I wonder, you posted that she sexted too and then went to the elders. What happened to her? Did the elders keep the pictures? Did she have to show them the pictures?

  If there's no face, are the elders going to do a penis lineup to find the culprit?

  so i just learned about adam's first wife, made from the same dirt as him.

  some of the google images that came up made me want to hurl.. if you're not aware, there is talmudic lore about adam having a wife named lilith who left him after he wouldn't submit to her, and what's more, she is pictured as the serpent who tempted eve.

  a lot of that seemed to develop in the middle ages though.

  Update on my fade.

  hi folks, i have not commented for awhile but i do stop by a few times a week to catch up and see whats new.

  i also find the advice given to others is at times helpful to me also...now about my fade no meetings, service or any contact in over 3 months but they keep trying to call and at first they would leave a message on my voicemail but now they just keep hanging up and i know its them (i screen all of my calls).

  recently they stopped by (in the evening) and buzzed me and thankfully no one let them in, i live in a locked secure building.

  Thank you for sharing. Glad to hear that your fade is going well.

  This must be what its like to be hounded by bill collectors or the IRS, these people are not ignorant they have to know I'm done and yes gone! But alas the CO visits and compels the elders to go after the inactive ones.
  

  I'm not sure that "compelled" is the right word. Elders don't get paid for the work they do, so I think it's more a way for them to check the box that they went to you. Also, the WT loves having the last saying in everything, and they have a reputation to keep, so they may still continue to visit you or call you until they make contact with you. They hate hate hate people leaving in their own terms.

  Most JWs are decent people and I mean no disrespect to them but sometimes I just want to write the letter and disassociate my self from this insanity however fading is still the best way to play this game for now.
  

  I agree. There are a lot of very good people in that organization. Too bad that researchers and professionals in the matter have well established that the best person in the world can be very harmful under the wrong influence. I agree, there are a lot of great people, but they are doing a lot of stupid things under misguided advice.

  ok, the bible is a fascinating book of fairy tales, so we move on..e. zolfagharifard, some guy states "humans will be very different creatures in just 1000 years from now due to climate change,artificial intelligence and genetic mutations are all set to transform our bodies in drastic ways.

  a mixture of biology and machine on the inside.

  this is only 1000 years from now, what the hell will humans look like in 100000 years????

  The are so discreet! They respect people's life, career, medical and family decisions so much without intervening in any way, shape or form. (Just in case you didn't notice, I'm being sarcastic).

  it occurred to me the other day...the society is loading us up on all types of ways to reach others....jw.org, all types of literature, all types of different ideas, maybe you could use the tools jehovah gave us this way or perhaps you can use it that way, maybe you can volunteer, maybe you can go where the need is greater, maybe you can give more $$$, maybe you can give more time, maybe you can look at how you can be in the ministry more, maybe you can meditate more, maybe you can do this or that for your family study, maybe you can talk to a seasoned witness & find out how they.....& i know there are tons of other things maybe we can do....or yes, forgot this one, maybe you can quit your job....then maybe you can get some rest, because you can't serve jehovah when you are tired.

  how can you get more rest if, you don't have no money to live indoors...anyway, with all these maybe's we can do..... it came to my mind that the gb isn't here as of yet & it seems the org.

  is pressing the friends for bible studies...they are saying....we are giving you all these tools & so why are you not getting bible studies or return visits...it's almost as if they are brow-beating us...do more because the society has given you more...it's not us, folks just ain't listening to us at the door any more....they are not even opening up the door.

  So again, I was thinking...they are not actually beating us physically, but mentally to think, something is wrong with us & we are not presenting the message properly....The brothers go on the stage with examples of how you could start a study, & they are effective...yes, on the stage. They are no more effective then the average friend.

  How I see it, if folks aren't hungry or thirsty, you can't sell them food or water....folks only buy what they need, if they think they don't need it...they won't buy nor listen to it...

  What do you say ?

  My saying is that this is the biggest proof to me of how full of --it that organization is. This is their biggest contradictions. According to their own teachings, the proselytizing and reaching out to people is supposed to dwindle as the world is supposed to become such a horrible place where no one wants to hear about their Jehovah. Well, that seems to be happening (in great part thanks to the fact that now the Internet has connected many ex-JWs who are no longer isolated and compare notes). Yet, instead of telling them to be happy because their preaching work is supposed to be coming to an end, at the same time that they claim that their so-called tribulation is near, what they are doing is the complete opposite.

  They keep pressuring JWs to get more people instead of letting them know that their work is supposed to be over as the end is near. But of course, many of us are well aware of how full of nonsense their teachings are.
