I simply ask thought provoking questions in a non confrontational way (like why does it say this , why do you believe this, or this doesnt make sense can you explain....choose your subject carefully ) and as if I want to understand , Wait for their answers , if not you have planted a seed. This cant be instant ,the years of deeprootedness takes time and patience, above all Love to uproot.

A recent antiwitnessing experience
by john.prestor ini shared one of these before in which my approach left something to be desired, and i got some flack for that, and rightly so.
so if this story doesn't go over well i won't share another... but given how it ended, i just had to share.... a few days ago i took a trip to a nearby city by bus.
in the about 20-30 minute window between my connecting buses i walked over to a mcdonald's and got a cup of coffee, and when i came back to the little bus station i saw a literature cart sitting unmanned near the doors.

Hi All
For me it was an instant click and the pieces fell apart. I remember it was with regard to a convention, then 3 more letters read about it at the same meeting. That was it for me (wont go into details).Immediately took myself off the Jdub grid so to speak. I wouldnt encourage anybody else since about the religion period.

New Zealand Begins Selling Kingdom Halls
by KiwiBoy inthe wainui-o-mata hall is closing and from 01 february they will be relocated to the 200 seater hall in newlands.
johnsonville is merging with the wellington west congregation and will be known at wellington central also to be located in the newlands hall.
wellington east will remain in the hall in kilbirnie at this stage but rumour has it that this hall will also be sold and they will make up the third congregation sharing the newlands hall.

Sexual abuse scandals, paid agreement to several victims
by formerministerial indue to my work, i've been traveling quite a lot in south of europe.. i still have a lot of contacts within jw and exjw and i'm surprised in my conversations, most of them are very concerned regarding sexual abuses scandals in their area, either italy, spain and other countries.. one of my contact high ranked even told about the craziness in some branches south of europe regarding that matter.
it has been confirmed that several scandals are being judged on court, but some other ones has been closed paying a large sum of money.. any confirmation from other sources?.
