rev 9:11 the angel with the key to the abyss is called abaddon which means destroyer.. the cross references show jw doctrine teaches he is jesus himself using the account in luke where jesus got the demons out of that girl and they said don’t throw us into the abyss.
and revalation 20:1 shows an angel with the key to the abyss.. either watchtower are right and it’s jesus or there are more than one angel with the key to the abyss.. if it is jesus the destroyer of souls it sounds like conan the destroyer.. from the research guide-abaddon, the angel of the abyss—who is he?.
at revelation 9:11, however, the word “abaddon” is used as the name of “the angel of the abyss.” the corresponding greek name apollyon means “destroyer.” in the 19th century there were efforts made to show that this text prophetically applied to individuals such as emperor vespasian, muhammad, and even napoleon, and the angel was generally regarded as “satanic.” it should be noted, however, that at revelation 20:1-3 the angel having “the key of the abyss” is shown to be god’s representative from heaven, and rather than being “satanic,” he binds and hurls satan into the abyss.
Abaddon is Satan.
The locusts are the UN.
The UN will destroy religious institutions, including the institution of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Judas was called "the son of destruction" and Achan was called "the son of destruction". Satan is Abaddon and Apollyon. The locusts in Joel were the nations that Jehovah allowed to attack "Jehovah's name people" (and others) for their unfaithfulness.
The scriptures show that the locusts in Revelation have Satan as their leader. They are the UN and their associates of the nations who will attack all religious institutions. The worst part of the attack will be the first five months of the great tribulation. (The entire tribulation is 3 1/2 years, but the first five months will be the worst for Jehovah's name people. The attack starts at the Bethels.)

I love it!
JWborg singing can be very boring. I love some of the songs that have been released and the music itself, but sometimes the KH singing can be really flat and uninvolved.
Here are some songs of praise and faith that I really like...

I wish Zoom was better at synchronizing singing - I bet it would be fun to sing praises with you, Vander!🎶
the wt org claims that the lamb's marriage will happen after armageddon, despite the fact that revelation 19 very clearly says that the lamb's marriage happens after the destruction of babylon the great.
and that after the lamb's marriage he with heavenly armies will go to destroy the wicked.. the wt claims that the order of events in revelation 19 is not really in that order referring to psalm 45. but i can't find in psalm 45 any explicit contradiction to revelation 19. .
paragraph 10 in the following article shows the wt org's view point:.
"These men have deviated from the truth, saying that the resurrection has already occurred, and they are subverting the faith of some." (2 Timothy 2:18)
Yeah, WTBT$ be like Hymenaues and Philetus...
"But reject empty speeches that violate what is holy, for they will lead to more and more ungodliness, and their word will spread like gangrene. Hy·me·naeʹus and Phi·leʹtus are among them. These men have deviated from the truth, saying that the resurrection has already occurred, and they are subverting the faith of some." (2 Timothy 2:16-18)
in the revelation book it talks about jesus' witnesses.
were are true witnesses of jesus, not those who teach that jesus is the almighty god, but really true witnesses of jesus.. this is what the revelation book ways about witnesses of jesus:.
19:10 ..... brothers who have the work of witnessing concerning jesus.
Since all true Christians are "contenders with God" they are all "Israelites" really.
It is the context in the Bible that shows which "Israel" is being spoken of in which verse.
Since the 144,000 in Revelation are said to be taken "out of all Israel" it stands to reason that the anointed 144,000 are taken out of all Christians.
In that context, Israel = all Christians.
When Jesus said to the faithful apostles that they would sit on 12 thrones to judge all Israel, he didn't mean the literal nation of Israel, he meant all believers.
Israel = all Christians.
When it says in Revelation that "a great crowd out of all nations and tribes and tongues" joins "Israel", it is talking about non-believers who will be saved, just like there was a great crowd of non-believers who went out of Egypt with the Jews at the end of the tribulation in that day, those who said "we will go with you people, for we have heard that God is with you people".
The Bible is clear that there will be a great crowd of non-believers who survive the great tribulation.

luke 23:43 - and jesus said to him, "positively i say to you, today you will be with me in paradise.
nwt places comma here , giving a totally different meaning to the verse.
now the average jw uses this to back their doctrine and it seems in itself virtually impossible to reason with them on it.
There's a lot of text, but it's all just an excuse, the point is that you can't refute its content
Yes, I noticed too that there is a lot of text on those websites you linked and the articles you cut and pasted. Thank you for being forthright that it's an excuse, that is humble of you. But you don't have to rely on the writings of other people. Let Jesus help you speak instead. Use the Bible instead of the writings of others. Then instead of "refuting content" (which I did refute quite clearly, but if you missed it we can do it again) we can talk about pure words of truth.☺️
"I write you these things about those who are trying to mislead you. And as for you, the anointing that you received from him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to be teaching you; but the anointing from him is teaching you about all things and is true and is no lie. Just as it has taught you, remain in union with him." (1 John 2:26,27)

@aqwsed12345...
I am not sure why you keep wanting me to read these anti-Watchtower articles.
I have been disfellowshipped by the WTBT$. They banned me from going to meetings and they banned me from going to assemblies and conventions. I am not allowed on the KH property. They consider me to be a wicked apostate deserving of death and mentally diseased.
I believe in Bible truths. My acceptance of beliefs is not based on what is written in a Watchtower publication, it's based on what is written in the Bible and in harmony with holy spirit.
You can keep posting "How to Preach to a Jehovah's Witness" all you want, but you're barking up the wrong tree.
For one thing, not all of the Jehovah's Witnesses teachings are wrong just because Jehovah's Witnesses believe them. There was a Flood in Noah's day. Jehovah and Jesus are two different people. There will be a literal paradise on the earth again.
For another thing, I don't believe something just because the Jehovah's Witnesses borg believes it, so I don't know if you're assuming that or whatever, but just chucking a bunch of text at me that someone else wrote doesn't do anything. Jehovah's Witnesses borg doesn't believe Jesus and Jehovah will walk on the earth, but the Bible teaches they will. Jehovah's Witnesses borg doesn't believe certain people will survive Armageddon, but the Bible teaches they will.
And thirdly, a lot of that stuff you just posted is kind of antiquated and most of the JWborg people don't even believe some of what you said (like that "gasses" thing and stuff from "Studies in the Scriptures". Your average JW will have no clue what you are talking about.)
If you want to talk about a verse, why not just tell me in your own words what you think instead of posting a bunch of stuff from somebody else? It's kind of the same thing they do at the carts where they just say "go to the website". It makes me think you're not really confident in what you're saying, and it undermines your argument rather than supporting it.
I appreciate that you want to talk, though, so thank you for making the effort.🙂

I am sorry you two have been so hurt by "religious" people who do not reflect God's Love and His truth.
I wish I could make all your pain go away and help you trust Him again right now, but I can't.
It takes time to heal and to trust. He isn't the One who broke your trust, but He got blamed for it. Someday you'll see it wasn't His fault.
He Loves you. He hasn't left you. He isn't the One who caused the pain. He's going to fix it. You'll know that eventually. I'm sorry you are in pain.🌷
