Where Does Watchtower Doctrine Contradict Scripture?
by Vanderhoven7 inhere are some areas that i have found:.
not only is watchtower eschatology offbase, which is not critical, but so is watchtower soteriology … which is critical.
the bible says not to put trust in men who cannot save.

Luke 23:43 the NWT
by Ade inluke 23:43 - and jesus said to him, "positively i say to you, today you will be with me in paradise.
nwt places comma here , giving a totally different meaning to the verse.
now the average jw uses this to back their doctrine and it seems in itself virtually impossible to reason with them on it.

"But when the army officer and those with him keeping watch over Jesus saw the earthquake and the things happening, they grew very much afraid and said: “Certainly this was God’s Son.”"
If Jesus went to some happy figurative spiritual paradise right when he died, then why did God cause the heavens to darken and the earth to quake in a fear inspiring way so that even the soldiers knew God was upset?
Jesus didn't go to paradise when he died. Nobody is in paradise right now. Paradise is currently closed, but it will be open again eventually. Jesus said so.
"Truly I tell you today, you will be with me in Paradise."

"Milk is not blood, but a mother's milk contains millions of white blood cells none the less."
If the white cells in milk are the same as the ones in blood, then maybe someone should tell the medical people so they can harvest white cells for transfusion from milk instead of blood.
"Do you think if Paul were invited alone to the home of a pagan who was known to buy unbled meat from the shambles, that he would ask questions of conscience?"
I think Paul knew the difference between obedience and disobedience. I am confident that he would answer appropriately.
"So what about organ transplants? Would God be against a Christian having a kidney transplant from a family member to save his or her life?"
"Keep yourself from what is strangled, and from blood." If you consider the cells in milk to be blood and the cells in an organ to be blood, it seems you already have an opinion on the matter. Why are you asking me?
But as far as the Bible goes, you already know...
Acts 15 wasn't originally written in English. The word "blood" in Greek didn't mean milk or a portion of milk. It didn't mean an organ that had been properly bled. The Jews had been eating animal organs with God's permission for a long time. The first century Christians knew what blood was. They knew what it meant to abstain from blood and things strangled.
If you have a cup of blood and take a drop out of it and put it in your mouth, you are not obeying the clear command to abstain from blood. If you have an organ with congealed blood in it and put it in your body, you are not obeying the clear command to abstain from things strangled and from blood.
If you drink milk, you are not disobeying the command to abstain from blood.
If you put an organ in your body that has been properly bled, you are not disobeying the command to abstain from things strangled and from blood.
"For the holy spirit and we ourselves have favored adding no further burden to you except these necessary things: to keep abstaining from things sacrificed to idols, from blood, from what is strangled, and from sexual immorality. If you carefully keep yourselves from these things, you will prosper. Good health to you!"
Do you believe that Jesus is the head of the congregation and pours out the holy spirit to direct his congregation? Do you believe that we must obey Jesus' direction in order to be pleasing to God?
@Vanderhoven7, I know you believe.🙂💖

The dietary rules found in Acts 15 were temporary and designed to facilitate fellowship between Jewish and Gentile Christians.
Were the immorality rules at Acts 15 temporary and designed to facilitate fellowship between Jewish and Gentile Christians?
Were the idolatry rules at Acts 15 temporary and designed to facilitate fellowship between Jewish and Gentile Christians?
The purpose of the decree recorded at Acts 15 wasn't "to facilitate fellowship." A rave facilitates fellowship, but that doesn't mean it's approved by God.
The purpose of the decree recorded in Acts 15 was not to "facilitate fellowship". It was to glorify Jehovah with clean worship.

I believe what is written in God's Word:
"Jehovah God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep, and while he was sleeping, he took one of his ribs and then closed up the flesh over its place. And Jehovah God built the rib that he had taken from the man into a woman..."
I know God transplanted Adam's rib to Eve.
I also know that milk is not blood. I have a university degree, but I don't need a university degree to know that milk is not blood. I have breast fed my children, and I have raised livestock that feed milk to their young. Milk is not blood.
There are water molecules in many of the products at the grocery store. Milk has water molecules. So does Windex. So does toothpaste. If I tell my kids to not eat household cleaners, they know I am not talking about water molecules. They know they can still drink milk even though milk has water molecules and Windex has water molecules.
Jesus said even a kid could understand the truth. It's not complicated.
If you put a cup of milk in front of a kid and a cup of blood in front of a kid and tell them they can drink the milk and but they need to dump the blood, they will know what to do. It's not complicated.

I agree with you. I hate the WTBT$ misapplication of the phrase "wait on Jehovah" as if that implies not doing anything. What about that other phrase "give Jehovah something to bless"? Kevin gave Jehovah something to bless.
David only needed one small stone to take out Goliath. David didn't walk away. Neither did "Kevin McFree".
"Kevin McFree" was standing up for truth, and Jehovah is the God of Truth. The wicked judges in the borg may have judged Kevin harshly, but at the end of the day Jehovah saw that Kevin be vindicated by a different court.
It's awesome that he won, but we have to remember that sometimes we don't win the first round of a "battle". Winning or losing right away isn't necessarily evidence of God's favor or disfavor.
Jesus "lost" his first case against the Sanhedrin, but in the future hearing he will be the judge.
The WTBT$ lawyers have had lots of different kinds of cases. They are not all the same.
Is it good to help prisoners of conscience? Yeah.
Is it good to defend freedom of speech? Yeah.
Is it good to hide child sexual abuse? No.
Is it good to lie under oath and defend slanderers? No.
The God of justice will make sure all the phony WTBT$ lawyers and other fakers at Bethel are completely exposed. Those ones who are reproaching God's Name by attempting to crush victims of abuse and defend an antichrist institution supposedly "in God's Name" - Jehovah won't let them do that forever. We can have a part with Him in exposing the lies when we are willing to stand up and tell the truth, like David, and Kevin. Jehovah is the God of Truth. Just because a faker wears the label "Jehovah's Witnesses" doesn't mean they represent Jehovah or truth. On the other hand, a person doesn't need the label "Jehovah's Witness" to be a real witness of Jehovah the God of Truth. The awesome lawyer in the ARC who grilled Geoffrey Jackson, that lawyer was a real witness of Jehovah the God of Truth. Geoffrey Jackson, supposedly "Guardian of the Doctrine of Jehovah's Witnesses" was shown to be a fraud.
Esther, Mordecai, Daniel, Ezra, Nehemiah and others, they worked with the governmental leaders of their day in order to help people and it wasn't "being part of the world". They were faithful examples for us to imitate.
@Desirousofchange, you said: "Today, it would appear they cannot win a case, even if the decision costs them MILLION$.
Ever wonder what that is "evidence" of?"
No, I don't wonder - I know what it's evidence of. Jehovah is about to let the WTBT$ institution, along with all other religious institutions, be completely destroyed. The governments are going to completely strip them of all their real estate, holdings, financial stuff, prominence, titles, etc. Religious fakers will be completely exposed. We can share in exposing them when we keep telling the truth, whether it be to the media, the government leaders, on the internet, whereever. The time is near for the Watchtower to be torn down, with Jehovah's blessing. Jesus hasn't changed how he views religious hypocrites.
"...and they will not leave a stone upon a stone in you, because you did not discern the time of your being inspected.” Then he entered the temple and started to throw out those who were selling, saying to them: “It is written, ‘My house will be a house of prayer,’ but you have made it a cave of robbers.”"
Everyone will see the evidence that the WTBT$ has Jehovah's disfavor.

I think you know the answer.🙂
Milk is not blood.
Blood is the stuff in your veins and arteries.
Everything in the physical universe is made up of elements, atoms, molecules, etc. They move around and an atom of hydrogen that is part of a water molecule today may be part of blood tomorrow. The cells in your marriage mate today may be part of a different person years from now. Does that mean it's okay to have relations with that other person? Nope.
Kevin McFree might reuse some of his Legos for different scenes, but the discerning viewer knows the difference between a Wolf Elder Lego character and the Brian With A Beard character.
God knows it's possible to take blood and put it in a centrifuge and separate things out, etc, but just because you can do something doesn't mean you should do it. You can drink water from the public toilet if you want, but I wouldn't recommend it.
In ancient times, the requirement was to bury your feces and pour the blood back to the ground. In this culture now, we flush the feces away. Wonderful. The basic idea is still to protect people from getting sick. What's the deal with blood? If you do a blood test and then throw the blood away after, great. But to save it, separate it, sell it, stick it back in someone is obviously not "abstaining from blood." It's directly disobeying a clear command.
If the same types of cells are in milk, who cares? God said it's okay to drink milk. "The land of milk and honey." God knows the same types of cells are in a lot of things.
"Now the serpent was the most cautious of all the wild animals of the field that Jehovah God had made. So it said to the woman: “Did God really say that you must not eat from every tree of the garden?” At this the woman said to the serpent: “We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden. But God has said about the fruit of the tree that is in the middle of the garden: ‘You must not eat from it, no, you must not touch it; otherwise you will die.’” At this the serpent said to the woman: “You certainly will not die. For God knows that in the very day you eat from it, your eyes will be opened and you will be like God, knowing good and bad.” Consequently, the woman saw that the tree was good for food and that it was something desirable to the eyes, yes, the tree was pleasing to look at. So she began taking of its fruit and eating it. Afterward, she also gave some to her husband when he was with her, and he began eating it."
It didn't go well for Adam and Eve when they disobeyed a clear command. "You must not eat from it, no, you must not touch it" was clear. Even a fraction of that tree was off limits.
Adam and Eve just ate from a fraction of the tree. And look where we are today.
Jehovah's fixing it, but it's through the ransom blood of the Christ. We must show respect for that blood. The way we show respect is by respecting God's right to set boundaries. He set a boundary on blood. It doesn't matter if there are some of the same types of cells in blood as in milk. There were some of the same types of cells in that one tree in the garden as the other trees in the garden. It was the attitude and obedience that Jehovah was looking for, it was a way they could show love and respect for Him, and trust.
The GB/FDS doesn't trust Jehovah, so it's no surprise they would be misleading others into disobeying Jehovah. The snake did the same thing.

Philip Brumley going after "Kevin McFree" was just like Saul going after David or Haman going after Mordecai.
Jehovah made sure everybody saw. It's the same thing that's going to happen with all the nastiness the GB/FDS/WolfElders are doing, chasing after so-called "apostates" in "the name of God". Those guys doing the chasing will be exposed.
Jehovah allows the obstinate GB/Pharoah-types enough time to prove how obstinate they are. "Let my people go..." Just like with the disfellowshipping thing - the borg could just let it go - but no, they have to be obstinate. Jehovah's going to "plague" those GB/Pharoah-types/WolfElders by having their JWborgRealEstate/FinancialHoldings/Wealth completely stripped just like it says in Revelation, and then everybody will know that the GB/FDS/WolfElders do not represent God.
(I love the music "Kevin McFree" weaves into the episodes. "I'm wide awake, I'm wide awake..." I also like how he shares scriptures that show the hypocrisy of the borg.)
Jesus said we should keep awake and keep on the watch. The borg leadership is completely asleep as to what is coming for them at the beginning of the GT.
"However, there also came to be false prophets among the people, as there will also be false teachers among you. These will quietly bring in destructive sects, and they will even disown the owner who bought them, bringing speedy destruction upon themselves. Furthermore, many will follow their brazen conduct, and because of them the way of the truth will be spoken of abusively. Also, they will greedily exploit you with counterfeit words. But their judgment, decided long ago, is not moving slowly, and their destruction is not sleeping." (2 Peter 2:1-3)
God's judgment on the borg isn't sleeping. Whenever they (false religionists) are saying "peace and security", they'll get a rude awakening. It's soon.

That Massimo guy makes me sick. There are all these victims of abuse, and instead of comforting them, Massimo goes and writes an article attempting to bash and discredit them in order to hurt them even more. He uses foolish sounding sentences in his writing style - it's like he has a list of high-sounding vocabulary words and just inserts one every third or fourth word and hopes it all sounds fancy enough to impress somebody. The WTBT$ shuns people for telling the truth and then hires that guy and puts his video on the JWborg website as if he's some kind of truth-guru, when he's such a slimy faker. Yuck!

Another place WTBTS contradicts scripture...
"abstain from what is strangled and from blood"
A fraction of blood is still blood.
The first century Jerusalem congregation and elders and apostles didn't make up rules about pioneering or counting time or shaving beards or demanding support for a Bethel commune; but they did make clear the holy spirit's direction regarding abstaining from both things strangled and from blood. The fact that blood is mentioned in these two different ways here shows how important it is to Jehovah. For the GB/FDS to say "fractions are okay" when God clearly condemns them is blatant disrespect for Jehovah God and the ransom blood of the Christ.
"Therefore, my decision is not to trouble those from the nations who are turning to God, but to write them to abstain from things polluted by idols, from sexual immorality, from what is strangled, and from blood." (Acts 15:19,20)
"As for the believers from among the nations, we have sent them our decision in writing that they should keep away from what is sacrificed to idols as well as from blood, from what is strangled, and from sexual immorality." (Acts 21:25)
Sexual immorality is not a "conscience matter". Idolatry is not a "conscience matter". Abstaining from blood is not a "conscience matter". The GB/FDS have led a lot of people to unwittingly sin against God.
