Some interesting thoughts.
Nothing is what is seems, and yes there is a side of jw.org we don't know and see.
The blue ocean is new for me, thanks.

there’s a term in the corporate / business world known as blue ocean strategy.
the basic gist of it is to stop wasting time in your small, dwindling pool of current customers when there’s a wide open ocean of untapped customers out there.
to achieve this leap is to adapt or transition to a more appealing package of your current business model to attract the masses.
folks: regarding all the recent changes about dis-fellowshipping and time for re-instatement.
(and, even speaking to persons who are dis-fellowshpped.
) back in 1972, a new book was released at the summer district convention, that replaced the yellow-colored "lamp": book.
It's not the religion of my youth years (70's / 80's), anymore.
The 70's, I remember the joy my parents had within the congregation. Party's, holidays and social events all together.
I remember the early 80's, the gray cloudy doctrinal years following 1975.
Then the stirring up with the You can live for ever book. We would never die in this system.
Then the early 90's when the world changed, east and west came together and the watchtower society became more liberal with a doctrinal mess, changes made by the new governing body with Henschel and Jaracs.
The 1995 generation change was the end of my believe. I saw the bigger picture with some good higher educated friends. Became PiMo without knowing it.
The 00's became the years of my strugle. Became PoMo in 2008. Since then better then ever.
At the end of this term, the governing body became hosts of jw broadcasting. And it became clear they are full of nonsense.
Now, in the 20's, seeing jw.org strugling with some odd changes. It's all about their long term survival and the legal and financial position.
Things will never change.
So, I think the early 70's were the best years. And the light variant of jw.org now, is not bad for the more liberal witness.
Looking back I have some sad moments about it, it could have be nice, but it became all a hugh disapointment.

let's be honest, there's a stigma to the name jehovah's witness.
if they are going more mainstream.
i imagine the first recommendation was a name change.
Biblestudents was not bad at all.
Rutherford made a sect of it.

so, just got off a very emotional, but positive call with my father.. this past weekend, he wanted to give me a call, but i was out of town at a wedding, so he said he'd call me later in the week.. he texted me the governing body update video with the recent changes and said, "i thought you might be interested in some of the changes that were just announced.".
i'm tired of self-censorship, so i decided to reply as truthfully and respectfully as i could.. my reply to him:.
it's interesting.
I have these kind of conversations with my father. Nice to see your respect!

many are talking on whatsapp about what to wear.
sisters wearing slacks and brothers wearing all sorts of different tops.
Since the beard news I shave my beard off.
Whahaha.
G.
you heard me correct, this is not a joke, and it is not april fools day!
the asl portion of the governing body updated #2 (march 2024) has been released a bit early and someone caught it.
summary: .
Asking what the 4 generation before me in the family line would think about these changes:
- non jw believers will survive Armageddon (wow!)
- field service not requierd (do something and cross the box)
- beards (this said something about someone spiritual growth)
- no jacket and tie (no respect for regulations!)
- sisters in trousers (who is the boss?!?)
- say hallo to DF persons (wwhat???)
This would be enough to DF the GB in their opinion.

In a short time we will see this at the conventions. Not bad at all. Devorce nummers will rise.

i am sure we were all shocked at the governing body update #2 with the unusual and impulsive changes set forth.. i am an insider at whq, and when i was on reddit and in communication with avoidjw i explained to the best of my ability that the approach on disfellowshipping was going to change based on the new light at the 2023 agm, that the jubilee rumor was false, and there were going to be changes on how jws approached disfellowshipping in response to the norway situation if it didn't turn out in watchtower's favor.
the decision came because of a legal blow to watchtower, not because "holy spirit" wad directing a faithful slave, who is going to become the "evil slave", more explanation on this soon.. everything i stated came true.
i left reddit exjw community due to the immature and mentally unstable nature there, and yet as has been the case my words came true.
With this GB and these times, everything can happen.
How will the older rank and file react?

if i was an active jw, i would like to greet df jw's.. how do i know that they are not apostates or continue wrong lifestyle promotors?.
i would need this information, so were to get?
the grapevine?
If i was an active JW, I would like to greet DF jw's.
How do I know that they are not apostates or continue wrong lifestyle promotors?
I would need this information, so were to get? The grapevine? Ask the elders for details?
This is a missing link in the proces.

ok, so can someone explain with relative brevity what the anthony morris thing is all about.
i certainly don't miss the guy but would like as valid of an explanation as possible without a bunch of paranoid conspiracies that no one can verify.
as best as i can tell from cryptic comments on here is he is no longer on the gb but in a congregation in the carolinas somewhere.
We can understand now, why AMIII has left the GB. The curent changes are made months ahead. He was against.
