  i was a bethelite in london for many years then got reassigned to the field and then went on brd from the start of chelmsford right upto covid.. during my years at the branch i was sometimes asked to be on a team who went to homes donated to the branch when some older one died.. this happenes an awful lot, everything is left to the branch in the will.

  the unbelieving family is furious they didn’t get left anything and sometimes they tried to get their elderly relatives possessions and there was a legal battle .

  but in the end a team of us would go and empty the property and another team would clean it up and put it on the market to sell it for the worldwide work.. all the possessions were sorted into trash or possibly valuable .

  It’s disgusting, poor families cut out for this cult. I wonder if all those brothers in charge of the vaults are 100%honest. It would be probably easy to “help yourself” to a gold coin or two.

  in the women's euro tournament, england beat germany 2-1 at wembley!!!.

  i'll be honest - i've never really been that interested in women's football.

  no, it's not because i'm a sexist pig, it's just that i was brought up on men's football and haven't had a tv license for the past 10 years.. but this win could really put women's football on the map, at least in britain.. there has been a bit of hysteria about the nickname 'lionesses' but i think it's a great name.

  so did anyone else have the misfortune of listening to sanderson’s talk corresponding to the saturday morning convention program?.

  full title is “young people - choose a path that leads to peace!”.

  the basic idea is, hey you teenagers, you ought to be pioneers, wt construction workers, and/or bethelites.. i tried to put myself back in time an embarrassing number of decades…if i were in this talk’s target audience, how would i respond?.

  hello my name is deeno and i’m so happy to have found a place like this, hopefully i can make some friends here :3. anyways idk if my profile updated but a little about me i’m 16 but my 17th bday is on the 29th aaaand i was disfellowshipped sometime in september or october 2021. as i’m a minor i’m still in my dads home and so i am forced to go to meetings and convention n shit so that’s fun but hey could be worse lol.

  but yeah that’s it as far as that goes, oh and i suppose i should mention my pronouns are he/they.

  I’m not an “activist”, as such, not on you tube or social media, but I do “anti witness” whenever I can, like I did when I voted once (small election), and I was thanked for voting, because it was a low turnout. I explained why voting was important to me, and the people working the polls were dismayed. They were not aware that JWs don’t vote. And, believe it or not, one of the poll workers was being called on by witnesses. I referred him to Jwfacts.com. I’m quite sure once he told them what he learned, they stopped calling on him. Ha! 👍🏻

  My dad was an elder, and he kept things confidential, except once. He was so shocked, he told me and my mom. It was that a married brother, in his fifties, had sex with his own sister. My dad had a sister, I think that’s why he found it so shocking. My dad was a good guy, just believed in the wrong religion.
