  What happens to Bethelites?

  so if someone puts their life into serving the cult for free at bethel, then say after 25 or 30 years they are not able to for one reason or another such as illness, or family issue or old age, does the cult have any safety net for these people or is it you serve until you can't and when you can't you just go away?

  Letter Detailing My Latest JW Encounter

  to whom it may concern: .

  i am writing this letter in the hope of reconnecting with two jehovah’s witness elders whom i met at a literature display in downtown new braunfels, across the street from krause’s.

  i explained to them that my daughter is a jehovah’s witness and, therefore, i am somewhat familiar with their beliefs.

  I visited New Braunfels, I loved it, wanted to move there. Those JWs will never contact you. That’s what they do, take your name and number, say they will ‘research’ and get back to you, but they never do.

  Do You Think That Belonging To Certain Political Parties Suggests You Are Uneducated or Poor?

  i hear some people say that if you are a republican or democrat that you must not be very educated, intelligent or monetarily stable.

  do you think it’s proper to paint any person as less than favorable because of their political opinions?

  Just to throw this in here, I recently visited Europe. Spoke to many folks, locals and fellow tourists. NOT ONE PERSON likes Trump, and they all hope he gets voted out in 2020. I was surprised, thought it would be more mixed, but no.

  I grew up with no Christmas due to this cult, but I made my own family traditions through the years. We decorate the tree, give presents, etc. one thing we did when our daughter was small, she could open one gift Christmas Eve, it was always Christmas themed pajamas which she wore to bed that night, so in the morning, I got cute pictures of her in those PJs opening presents!

  just heard from a friend who keeps in touch with the jw's.

  a person who has been studying found out some things on line about the witnesses and decided to not get baptized and stopped attending the meetings.
