A cruel wt exercise in emotions to spur the rank & file into more action to overcome death by works, gifts? what was your experience?

i love going there not as a tourist, but just blending in and spending time with locals in non-touristy local gems.. islam seems to be spreading their religion of peace throughout the continent.

You had your throat cut in the H2H ministry? By whom? Freddo ; No, my throat was not cut, but the threat was palpable. It was ~ 20 years ago, working a list with minority names , in a "multicultural society" country. Members of the peaceful religion do not react kindly to jws calling at their doors with a message that basically says: " we are here , because we have the right religion, and your's must be false, so, come and change. here is how: read these papers, or watch this video. " using just other, disguising words.
What I meant is that the influence of these migrants is not the immediate terrorist threat but the long term subversion of the host countries' values.

This is a coming disaster for Europe, the states failing their populations, (think Rotherham, Cologne) . In Germany now, sex crimes are daily reported (and sadly suppressed by the press) . On the other hand, It will have chilling effect on the watchtower work, publishers warned they will have their throats cut in the house to house work , as happened to me. What an irony for Germany, having eliminated the most advanced and integrated minority, The Jewish people in the 1940, now is being invaded by a group of alien people that will be a cost, a liability to them. -

by joey jojo init has been 21 years since the 1995 article that pretty much buried the idea of the '1914 generation'.. remember those guys?
the ones born in 1914 that would still be alive when the end of the system arrived.. i'm glad i'm old enough to remember going from door to door, preaching this belief.
the reason i say that is because i have a lot of 'still in' jw friends and family.

Some thoughts on guilt.
by New day inhad an interesting conversation with my wife recently.
she struggles with physical, emotional and psychological problems which have often caused her to miss meetings.
she mentioned how she is equally tortured by guilt if she misses meetings and ministry, and severe stress if she does them.
