Yes, they are. If you are not a jw, they think you are evil and untrustworthy- no matter how good and sincere you are.

if jwd were gone tomorrow, would you just look for another site to get involved with?

my opinion of this board is that it is one of the best boards to learn current information from.

Yeah, I liket this forum. Sometimes I just want to stay away for a while, but I find myself coming back time to time. I haven't really posted much or even read the posts lately, but whenever I have time, I check this site out to see the latest news.

I used to come here and post everyday. But for last several months my record has been "0". I guess I need to catch up with many things.

My DF'd Niece Wasn't Reinstated Because She Talked To Me, My Daughter& Mom

Is There Anything in Life That You Truly Regretted?

one thing that stands out for me is how i never went to my own grandmother's burial because, after all she was dead and during the day she died it was on a thursday night and i had 2 parts to handle so i performed them well and at the end gave the congregation, "a progress report" of how my grandmother had been doing since she was in the hospital, suffering from cancer.

that evening i told the congregation that she had died that afternoon.

many people cried at that point but later i was commended by many for not missing a meeting that evening.......

I regret that I had a wrong teacher for so many years.

I regret that I once joined the JWs.

I regret that I encouraged my mom to get reinstated.

But through my regrets I have learned a lot, and learned to be happy with where I am now.

I Need Advice - Brother being DF'd tonight!

i just got a call from my baby brother.

they will be announcing that he has been df'd tonight at the hall.

he was crying, he has told me that the rest of the family has already started to shun him.

I am so sorry for your situation. It is so sad to see what you and your baby brother going through.

I don't know the entire story, but I wonder why your brother should blame himself for everything. I hope he is not giving up everything. Talk to a lawyer and help him take care of himself.

Min, I'm almost at the stage of "giving-up". I tried and tired. But it turned out that those who heard my points were spreading either half truth about me or the false stories.

Do you have any good experience?

Did I turn my back on Jehovah's True Organization?

i was wondering as i have been lately; did i turn my back on god and am i wrong for turning my back on the organization?.

are there any of you out there that feel like you have a real personal relationship with god with or without religion in your life?

do you still call god jehovah?

There was a time when I want to see the truth and prayed so much. Then I got to find out the WTBS/JWs are nothing but a cult. I believe God answered my prayer and that he is the revealer of the truth.

I felt so relieved and happy. I have never been happier ever since.

Sandy and others who are going through the same situation,

The Bible says we shouldn't afraid of the false prophets and that they will be judged by Jehovah. WTBS/JW have made countless false prophecies and not to mention lies. (I just found out that my own jw mom was spreading lies about me to make WTBS look better. Can you believe that? And she had a nerve to tell me not to tell anyone about my true reasons for leaving the organization.)

Keep praying. He will let you see the light. And do not isolate yourself from your non-jw friends and family. If you need, ask them for help. Or visit local church. You'll be surprised how nice and kind other people are. This forum is also a great place to vent out and get help and advices.
