Yes, that is my determination. I am going to love my family no matter what! It is the right thing to do. It is just frustrating to see them stuck in a doomsday movement and in my case having to play along with these charlatans

My daughter has been officially dfd, unfortunately...
by suavojr inunfortunately she still does not know ttatt... the good thing is that my wife (her mom) is not shunning her!.
i gave my daughter love & comfort and told her that nobody is ever going to divide us, i might not be happy with all of her choices and decisions but i just want her to be happy.
my family is still asleep and still thinks this is the truthtm and my wife wants her to come back.

Reading CoC worked for me, but I know it takes years before you get the courage to investigate your personal doubts. I just get mad that my wife won't shun but will not hear anything against the Borg!

My thoughts on Belief.
by braincleaned init would be a grave mistake to imagine we can change the convictions of anyone even thru the most persuasive arguments we can muster.
fact is, we are wired to deal with our cognitive dissonance by catering to it thru confirmation bias.. anything that contradicts our cherished beliefs will be rationalized against, or simply categorized as untrue.
if any logical fallacy is detected on either side it will be used as if a bad argument is automatically proof of a false one (which is a fallacy in itself, amusingly called the "fallacy fallacy").. either way, nobody has changed cherished beliefs on a presumingly lost argument.. but all the rhetoric is not fruitless.
