Covering the territory
by Ding inhow often are jws trying to cover a given territory nowadays?.
logically, they should be trying to cover the territory more and more often the closer armageddon gets, but it seems to me i see them out far less often than i used to..

Congregation I was in covered a huge area and had close to 50 territory maps. The whole territory was never fully covered. Service group overseers had favorite territories so those were worked often. The least favorite were hardly ever worked. Sometimes the person in charge of service wasn't even prepared with a territory so they would just send the pubs to whatever territory off the top of their heads....so some sections were overworked. Even during campaigns the whole thing was not done. (even with 30+ RPs and a large amount of auxiliary for the month)
JWs like to say they are the most organized, when in reality it's not so true.

Local Elder Mentions this Site from the Platform
by James Jack ina local elder had the part this week on the "good news" brochure.
he said: "if the householder has any questions, direct them to jw.org, don't say, just look up jehovah's witnesses on the internet(an older sister said this at the door), if you do they will be directed to a site visited by apostates and weak witnesses!
" "this mistake, would cause the householder to never accept bible truth".. i thought to myself, wow, i'm sure some listening to this part, will get curious now(many in the hall are just being exposed to the internet, and practicing with their new tablets) and do, just what they were told not to do..

What sticks out at me is "presumptuous"
What are “presumptuous acts”? By definition, when someone rashly or impertinently does something that he is not authorized to do, he is acting presumptuously.
Didn't Jackson say it would be presumptuous to think of themselves as God's channel of communication? However, they do claim to be so. So they are NOT the authorized channel of communication.

Yeah, bribing is allowed by headquarters in Mexico. Not in other countries, though.

Does Anyone Know The "Real" Attitude That JWs Have Towards "Inactive Ones"?
by minimus indoes the rank and file or the elders view us as disassociated or disfellowshipped or simply "weak" or possibly a "prodigal son" type?.

That's probably true, scratchme1010. Though they might not know it, they are jealous. lol
I know they pity me...they fell "sorry" for me but I feel "sorry" for them. What a pitiful lie they are living.
