I used to go over there and read what those poor people were writing. Such a shame. Actually I would get really upset and then breathe a sigh of relief that I was no longer part of that malarkey.

I think they did it to throw the scent off of them being compared to "Babylon the Great." Didn't Russell and his bunch worship in a tabernacle, or something like that.

Anybody ever try the Atkins Diet?

ok, this has probably been discussed before, but, how many here have tried the atkins diet?

did you have a good/bad experience with this diet.

the reason i ask is because i went to my doctor and my bp is way up.

I've lost 11 lbs. in the first month of my diet. I am pretty much eating anything I want, however in moderation and I have started walking for exercise. I have more to go, and am determined to keep it off this time.

back when i was younger every dream i would have would come true.

it kinda freaked me out since they were not always good dreams.

i don't remember too many of my dreams anymore but a couple weeks ago i did and it did partially come true the very next day.

when i saw englishman's post about a theme for his "barbie", i thought he meant barbie doll.

duh!!

anyway, i was thinking what a jw barbie would look like.

Perhaps there could be Pioneer Barbie, but her bookbag is an accessory and is sold separately. She couldn't go out in service in Barbie's convertible, because it has only two doors and wouldn't be spiritual. Elder Ken would browbeat his wife and make Barbie be submissive, and Ken would have a janitorial service.

It doesn't really matter if Clay is gay or not, but everyone I know thinks he is. And Jim Verranos (something like that - top 10, first American Idol, eliminated early) has just come out of the closet. Every reality show has to have a gay guy, so Clay is it. He has a wonderful voice and style in such a unique way. I think Kimberly has gotten so much better, and she has lost weight since her first time on AI. Not that weight matters, because I think she's a great singer.

Speaking of that "dreadful redhead" or whatever her hair color is, she's back in Texas running her karaoke company and hasn't had the success of some of the others. Simon pretty much couldn't stand her, making comments about the some of the top 3 last time and how bad they were. Well he was talking about Nikki McKibbin.

My hope is that Ruben will win. I think he's awesome and sing pretty much anything.
