by mad max inwatched last night and in the past.

top left - convoy through Kuwait, snapped a pic just in time as we drove by a sign for the Kuwait Camel Racing Club
bottom right - situation outside of camp - they thought someone had snuck a bomb on the bus - waited outside in the freezing cold for about 6 hours. soldiers were burning anything they could get their hands on to keep warm. was kind of funny actually.
other two were unimportant. when I go on leave I'll put more pix up, and do it right.

Ham Sandwich.
by Blueblades infor centuries the catholic church stated that it was a mortal sin to eat meat on fridays, which theoretically meant that anyone who intentionally ate a ham sandwich on a friday and died thereafter was sent to hell for an eternity.
now, centuries later, rational, logical and appropiate changes were made by the church to make teachings ( like the other one on st. christopher ) reflect the different epistemology and ontology and changing circumstances of the times.
sound familiar?

We are NOT appostate
by jimakazi innot to rain on the collective parade but what makes people here think they are appostate?
most of us have come to a rational conclusion that the jw / wtb is directed by a bunch of old men not directed by the holy spirit, is fallable, and cynically changes doctrine.
so to be against that is not to be appostate.

I don't know what I can tell you, but I do know that I hate Tom Cruise. He is one arrogant son of a bitch. I thoroughly enjoyed watching water get thrown at his face...Katie Holmes can disappear also. While I'm hatin', John Travolta can bite me. Hollywood weirdos, what have they done? I suppose you could say they've employed thousands of people at particular points in time while they had their mansions built, and their airports constructed. Other than that, they get rich while the plight of the common man descends into nothingness. Sometimes I wish L. Ron Hubbard was still alive so he could get all these no-talent assclowns together and have a phenobarbital and applesauce party. Maybe do some vodka shots when they're done and wear purple shrouds with tennis shoes. Idiots.
