The Largest BOE File Ever Compiled!

it has been downloaded at least 30 times with no virus issues.
the file is from 1905 to 2015 updated, and includes all the elder manuals from 1961 to 2010 at the bottom of the bookmarks.

Lots of little gems in there - I've never seen those little public talk outline change request slips before - i.e. page 11209
I knew they existed as the P.O. here used to make the corrections by hand to the congregation's box of outlines. Nowadays it's just a PDF file that gets distributed and updated similar to this one.

I think I probably know who your grandfather is, notsurewheretogo.
Things were always a bit tense with the RBC in Scotland and London Bethel. I don't think they realize we build things differently up here to cope with the much harsher climate and weather - i.e. every roof tile needs at least a clip and/or a nail. Bethel also said they should do roofs without sarking boards, which means it's less safe to work on and doesn't cope with the weather as well.

TFT Central shows you photos of the underside and there is quite clearly no HDMI, as they state.
TFT Central is a great site - very thorough reviews, so I would definitely trust them over any forum.

New "donation" arrangement begins to FAIL
by Tech49 inso here we are, almost a year into the "new" congregation donation arrangement.
and its beginning, as was predicted, to fail miserably, and to have direct negative consequences on the poor sheep.. let me give you a little experience, directly from our congregation of about 80 publishers.
back in may, after reading the letter about the "new" arrangement, the elder body decided to "donate" the extra funds on hand to wt, as directed.

NoGoodDeed - From what I've seen, I think they're either doing it differently here in the U.K. or they're just a bit behind the U.S.A. in implementing it.
They had the "pledge slips" a few months ago but it was presented more as "a survey" - I don't think the congregation here at least is sending off fixed amounts each month just yet, but they did send an initial lump sum off to the WTBTS. Maybe the arrangement is different because of the rules around charities here, or maybe it's just because the congregation is quite small. I think they're just reporting back to the C.O. for now.
One interesting thing - I do know recently that the WTBTS here wasn't happy with how seemingly infrequent the contribution box was being emptied and counted (small congregation, so sometimes there is nothing there) - so now they want each contribution box receipt scanned and emailed to them as soon as it is written.
I was accounts servant a few years back and I never heard of this being done - can anyone tell me if they've heard of this before?

Very topical that they've just considered the account of Jephtha in the bible reading for Judges - don't make rash decisions or you'll be sacrificing your children next.
