  Hot Saucing your children

  to me this seems cruel.

  after my divorce i heard from a friend that my ex-husband's new wife was doing this to his son to stop him from telling lies.

  i was very upset about it especially since he had learned to lie from his father.. i think it is mean, what do you think about it?.

  I think all forms of punishment are wrong. You can hurt the kids feelings by yelling at them, which can lead to serious mental disorders. Physical abuse is out too, because that causes pain too. I think that kids should just be hugged all the time, whether they do good or bad.

  Ok, now I'll turn the sarcasm off.

  So, what kinds of punishment are suitable for kids? Nothing physical I take it. Is yelling still OK? Should children be lectured in a monotone manner? I don't have kids so I'm not up to speed on the current disaplining tactics that are allowed today. Can someone fill me in?

  the coffee at the hospital i work at is usually pretty good.

  I'm not worried about people doing stuff to the coffee, Its in the hopital cafeteria. There isn't a way for someone to put their naughty-bits in the coffee, unless its a big conspiracy just to get me to drink it.

  The last time I prayed, It was to the porcelin god, toiliticlese. I didn't use a mediator, I just opened up and whatever came out, went directly to my god.

  Dinosaurs...What are your thoughts?

  the "why do animals die" thread got me thinking about the dinosaurs.

  why would god create a species of animals and then completely destroy them or allow them to be destroyed.

  would he do that to humans too?.

  The only promise we have is that God will never cause rain to fall down and cover the entire earth with lots of water, killing all but a tiny percentage of the population. Isn't that nice of God?

  logans post on undies brought up something that i can't understand,,,,,,,what is with that little tuff of hair guys have under their bottom lip, it drives me crazy .

  my son has it and i tell him he missed a spot shaving, is it supposed to look cool or what?

  i can be a room and see this guy from afar and think ,you have food on your mouth or a huge cold sore.

  Reminds me of an ancient proverb, I think its Proverbs 27:28. If a man sets down for the night with an itchy anus, he will rise in the morning with a smelly finger.
