Is this a religion run by PSYCOPATHS?
by Terry inglibness/superficial charmgrandiose sense of self-worthpathological lyingconning/manipulativelack of remorse or guiltshallow affect (genuine emotion is short-lived and egocentric)callousness; lack of empathyfailure to accept responsibility for own actionsthe hare psychopathy checklist-revised by robert d. hare, 1991. multi-health systems, 908 niagara falls blvd, north tonawanda, new york, usa, 14120-2060. psycopaths do not feel empathy but learn to imitate those who do.
psychopaths don't even understand charity.. .
i was thinking today how much psycopathy is reflected in the governing body leadership and especially manifested in policy.. jehovah's witnesses are not led by people devoted to charity, benevolence, outreach or social provision for those less fortunate which.

When Was The Last Time "The Friends" Checked Up On You? Spiritual or Social Visit?
by ÁrbolesdeArabia ini know of two couples who left the congregation i faded from, they two have never received a shepherding call, i was usually the one who came by with food or offered to help clean their homes.
most of you are beyond this like i am, this goes to the new members arriving here who might think the "friends" are coming to check up on them.
the elders in my former hall were too much into drinking and eating, average body weight was 265lbs with pumpkin shaped bodies.

3 years and 9 months just before a move across country no one from our last cong. knows where we disappeared to. He was a former elder who was always kind and loving but I suspect it is why he is a Former Elder.

I had never put myself under a elders power but in 1988, my son married into a unbelivably sick family who thoughtx they ruled . I was shocked to see the elders in action, they actually set out to prove this family right and our family wrong. They did not want true facts they had their mind made up, because this other familys head had been an elder at one time but notnat the moment. To the Elders shock this mild quiet family, Mine, turned out to come out fighting for justice. Sadly I learned there is no Justice within JWs. I had the PO and the Co lie directly to me and iwill never let anyone get away with this again. Their lying was the last straw for my hubby and I because we realized at that moment they are just men and. some very mentally sick men. One Elder even told my son ho could not drive the 100 miles to try to work out things with his wife. VERY SICK MEN AND A VERY SICK RELIGION!!!!!!!!
And people wonder why I have so much anger toward the org. The same reason it is time to let a certain SIL what responsibilty she holds in destroying her brothers family spiritual life. Second thought Maybe I should thank her.

these pictures is what nightmares come from. I went on JW.org to check out these pictures then called on the way out SIL who still has children and granchildren in and directed her to seenwhat the org. thinks is good training for small children. A teacher of a first grade class here in Florida is in trouble for passing out racially motivated pictures to her class one of little child with the title of Jim Crow and the second picture of a lynching. Parents are extremely upset and rightfully so. These pictures by JWs and this teacher are all inappropriate.

Thank you for your responses and I do pln to use Matt. 18 with her but I wznt to do it in a truly christian manner. I will writing out notes so I can keep to the points and not allow this to be a screaming match. I have tried to bury the hurt and anger and some of the consequences her action of the first incident did to her brother, nephew, and neice qnd myself. She actually told my son fiance that my husband and I were Apostates which was no way the truth at the time and 3 years ago she prevented my son from seeing his grandmother which he knew which probably the lasr time. She will think I am persecuting her for her religion . I am just tired of people causing damage within their family units. I will tell her after her last action her two great-neices response was Thank You for not raising us in that relgion I can't treat people that mean. But since her unmarried daughter is giving birth to her 4th out of wedlock child ths weekend (down syndrone) I will give her timie to adjust to this. But I have hid my tue feeling for such a long time I need ro exopressnmy feelings.

I am suffering from depression taking anti depressants to cope and I have fibromagiya with intensifies with stress. I have come to the conclusion that JWs often don't understand what their actions does to others. She has been asking other family members why we are cool to her. 65 years of this crap is earing me alive from the inside out. What is your opinion using Matt. 18 to let her know hw her actions are contributing to my health problems. Any ideas or suggstions. I want to be able to do this is a calm kind manner and have been waiting till MIL dies but I have decided my health and feeling are important too which is one of the things I always suppressed my feelings And hurts and kept everything inside.

Were you Stalked or Chased After Once you Exited the JW's by Elders ?
by flipper ini tried to fade off the map by moving 30 miles initially in 2004 after i exited in late 2003 .
the first several years they didn't bother me.
i ran into a elder from my former congregation in late 2005 in an antique store - he tried telling me i was wrong for stopping attending meetings.

Not myself personally but at age14:(51 years ago) My cousiins and I all JWs watched Elders staking out a man who we didn't ever know hqd been a JW. This was a 3 oclock in the afternoon as we were walkiing home from school. We thought they loked ridiclous. Another friend was staked out after she seperated from her JW husband she finally told them she was guilty of adultry even tho it was a lie to have some peace.
