Welcome Letsgetout...your parents sound like they are really nice and that you have always had a good relationship with them. My guess is that they will be disappointed (not in you but the situation) and will no doubt try to talk you into breaking up with this person but I would suggest that you be honest and not try to hide it. From a parents standpoint, I would rather my children hurt me with the truth than with a lie, however, I don't wear blinders anymore so my children have the freedom to live their own lives.

I used to order from them along time ago. It's a little expensive but the convenience is nice. We really liked the mint chocolate chip cone things with a clump of chocolate at the bottom of the cone. Yummy! They will come by every 2 weeks once they come the first time. I used to really like it when they came by and I didn't have anything in the house for dinner that night, saved me a trip to the store.

It makes me sick to think that someone so young feels death is their only option.

from Wikipedia...
"Rutherford was born to a Baptist farm family in Morgan County, Missouri on November 8, 1869. Harboring an interest in law for many years, his father initially opposed his interests in law studies, but eventually relented and allowed him to go to college, provided Joseph pay for someone to work for him on his father's farm. After completing his education, he worked as a court reporter and was admitted to the bar at Boonville, Missouri. Later he became a special, or substitute judge in the same Fourteenth Judicial District of Missouri. Because of this background in law he was often referred to as "Judge Rutherford", a name he carried with him for the rest of his life."

Interesting question. Everything I have always read about Rutherford (outside of organization) indicates that he was not a nice person. I think he was more of a "do as I say and not as I do" guy. I don't recall reading on favorable thing about the man.

At the last hall I went to, I use to get that from 2 of my close friends when I would run into them in public. They would always say "we miss you!" One day one of them was going through a separation with her husband (a real piece of work and a brother in good standing) and needed some furniture. I happened to have a table and chairs that I was going to give her and she avoided me like the plague. I guess she must have thought it would be demon possessed.
