Visit to Bethel, Convention Jitters and Kingdom Hall Attendance Dropping of a Cliff!

i feel like jehovah has cursed me some days and others i feel he is using me to direct others out the front and back door of our kingdom hall.

here's my update on our perfect congregation, we are losing publishers monthly with meeting attendance down below one hundred during the weekday meeting.

should i feel guilty for mistreating the miserable mentally ill and chronically ill publishers who are milking the public welfare system, nto because they do not deserve anything better but because they bring only their appetite to our spiritual banquet while we elderettes study the watchtower and wow the publishers with our thirty second polished comments to bring praise to jehovah.

I have other good news to share with all the heathen, me and my husband were handpicked by Jehovah God to be part of the program during the District Convention to demonstrate how a proper family should behave and present themselves publically.

Will the stupid publishers that attended conventions before the rest of us shut up! Like most spiritual obedient families, we attend the correct and spirit directed date set by Jehovah's Faithful Slave! Now, I heard there is a real doozy part on evil, sneaky, malicious and wicked apostates. I heard part of this part because one inconsiderate sister started to spew off the program until I put my foot in her mouth (verbally) to stop the flow. Why are apostates gaining momentum and why must almost every convention mention the impact of the internet and the Evil Slave? The best advice to give all weak publishers who would disobey Jehovah and receive his wrath by looking at a different website might be to ignore the problem. Why are the brothers at Bethel so scared of little old apostates with loud lungs?

One day the Organization is going to realize all the time they spend on the weak, sick and social fringes of the Kingdom Hall will be their downfall. The spiritually strong don't visit these sites; they do not listen to strange voices or read Blogs attacking our holy union of brothers! At our Kingdom Hall we stopped calling on stragglers who miss the Meeting, why bother wasting time with people who are not going to amount to anything in our spiritual society? I am emotionally void of any empathy to the "takers" that bring problems and burn up the time of our precious elders. It's time the Organization figures out who produces and places magazines, books and brings in new ones instead of wasting time on emotional and sick vampires draining us of our sanity. I can't give anymore and the thought of talking to the litter of the Kingdom has me taking more valium than ever. What's the best advice to avoid the majority of the publishers who don't publish but whine about their lot in life?

), published october 1, 1919, and couldn't believe what madness was contained on some of its pages.. for example, i can't believe i missed this clipping when i was researching my article on racism in early watchtower literature a year ago..... .

segregation of black children is basically praised as "wise" and "probably an advantage to all concerned.

I heard about toxic wastes being burried at the Farm and the Watchtower had to pay to clean it up. Was this true, they destroy the Earth so Jehovah can repair it? These nuts don't care about the Earth, they want it destroyed so Jehovah will be forced to come back and fix the mess they created.

" she says it with a gloomy face every time!

It's bad enough to sit through close to two hours of Meeting only to get stuck waiting for you husband to get a word in between:

Brother Foghorn and Brother Siren's competition of who can talk the longest without taking a breath use to drive me insane. Did they ever listen to anything each other said or were they each a sound board for each other? As I waited in the car, I dreaded it when my husband said "I have to have a word with Foghorn and Siren", "Honey, will you get a word in because they both are bubbling over now". I watch my husband wait for his chance to talk without success, Foghorn and Siren are turning blue as oxygen deprevation slows their conversation down but still their volume is loud. My husband hand's them each a paper and decide's it's best to call them each by phone because they will never shut their mouths to listen to anyone. These are the two brothers who wave their hands franticly while any little brother or sister is making a comment on the Watchtower. I hated the way their hands spun wildy around like a wind-mill during a hurricane.

Foghorn and Siren are pissed off at the Watchtower Conductor if he does not call them no less than five times. Try getting these two to speak less than thirty seconds, I think the Watchtower Society changed the format of the WT Study because these brothers could speak for five minutes on one breath. Yes, these brothers pissed me off every meeting because they would ask "How are you doing" and start to speak nonstop before I could say "I am fine, how are you?"

Governing Body Members Appointed By Jesus Christ And Not Men?

Faithful brothers pre-1919 were part of the "John the Baptist" Class. Using the Bible, "Of all men born of woman in the 1800s, none is greater than Pastor Russell, yet a little one in the kingdom of God is greater than him" Watchtower? Pre-1919 all of the Bible Students were unrefined gold with scummy dross. The start of the Bible Students were imperfect men without Jesus Christ's blessing, not until they were thrown in jail with the begining of a power struggle did the Watchtower become appointed by Jesus Christ. If Cedar's is correct and the July 2013 magazine has the new Governing telling everyone that lovable Pastor Russell was not part of the Faithful Slave, will any of the witnesses be angry?

The magazine is troubling because nothing this Faithful Slave say's ever sticks! I do not think Jesus would be happy that the Watchtower is putting these men above the Apostles, the Early Church Fathers and all faithful Christians who lived before 1919. Really, what is special about the Governing Body of Jehovah's Witnesses versus all faithful men and women of the past? How many Governing Body members do you know who gave up their life, sold every good they had and lived with the poor to preach Jesus by example? We won't ever accuse the modern day Governing Body of humility, these guys are always bragging they are "the greatest among their brothers" Luke 9:46-48:

If Jehovah and Jesus Christ were really backing them up, their insights into dealing with Pedophiles would have been better than the Catholic Church. If the Governing Body truly was appointed by Jesus Christ to watch over his Sheep, they would have been progressive with their viewpoints (depression is cured by praying), (pedophiles are not to worry about, they can be cured), (a witness does not need education), (expanding Branch buildings with money only to shut them down.), (no forward looking gifts with them, changing their doctrine and dogmas on "Generation", "Superior Authorites", "Alternative Service", "Blood Transfusions, Fragments, Organ Transplants" not the last passenger on the intellect train. The Govnering Body has been the last to get on board with progress after months or years of deliberation. They never cared if their decessions costed lives of their followers, they were safe and tucked away in their Ivory Towers and used the Witnesses as their own petri-dish to experiment on

Is the WTBTS Responsible for What Attendees Do After an Assembly?

the wtbts claims that the organizers of events such as a congregation picnic or a party are responsible for what the attendees do after the event has ended.

example: if several people meet and engage in 'fornication' afterwards, the organizer is culpable.

One poor elder on the last day of the District Convention was drinking and saw a very beautiful woman (call-girl, harlot) and succumbed to her wiles. How do I as a future "Therapist" help ex-jws that won't move on from the WT?

Lady Lee "why oh why can't I give short answers"

1. You are full of compassion and love.

2. You provide loving counsel to religious and non religious people without broadcasting how smart you are. I wish more people in the world would take heed from you, I enjoy reading all your material because you really think hard about what the poster is trying to say, instead of scanning through or skipping the questions. Lady Lee's talent or gift she shares with everyone.

3. The Kingdom Hall, remember Lady Lee how people would wildy raise their hand when a sister or brother would begin their comment? The fine example of "speaking before you listen" has alway's troubled me. I know in minutes if a person is going to become my friend or I will avoid them due to their lack of respect of dialogue. I imagine you waiting patiently until the publisher had commented and than you raise your hand with valid and relevant conversation. Agape Love my Christian Sister.

The minining industry is hurting for help in the Northern States, when I get more posting priviledges I can explain why some great jobs are in North Dakota, South Dakota. Why do we bring in help from other countries when our citizens and residents are unemployed. Where are you willing to move to make more money, some of these companies have generous plans with health and retirement. Is your health still in tact physically and mentally, you appear young from the photo you post here.

Help! How Can I Tell Someone No? What's The Best Way To Decline Free Professional Help?

i think i created a monster, last year i spent time helping someone do something they should have done for themself.

now, after each meeting the sister is hitting me up for help with something she can afford to pay a professional.

i am having to duck, hide and run as fast as possible when i see the sister rubber-necking it to find me.

Now, after each Meeting the sister is hitting me up for help with something she can afford to pay a professional. I am having to duck, hide and run as fast as possible when I see the sister rubber-necking it to find me. Ten hours of time I wasted that could have been donated to people with real financial needs. Now that I am the "mark", I woud like some advice on, not so kindly telling this sister "I helped you last year and you offered me nothing, not even a fricken "Thank You Card'!

With my business I am use to various tasks of all opperations of the business, the sister has money to hire a consultant to help her clean up her mess, but think's I should be the one to use my free time (I work ten hours a day, service and meetings burn up the rest of my feeble life). I feel stupid I opened up Pandora's Box and she will not stop calling my house. How can I stop the user from bothering me, she is telling the friends at the Kingdom Hall I owe her help, she has a reputation for burning through people's time without ever offering a penny!

How would you put a end to this, I feel like Dumby for helping her in the first place, instead of keeping my mouth shut while she whined and whimpered about her money and husband problems, out jump's the words "I can help you." I thought it would take only a few hours, because of her needy nature it took hours and hours of time, because she could not understand the simple explanations I used, I started to use Crayolas with Sock puppets leading to more time to sit down and hold her hand through a easy business process. How do I destroy the Frankenstein of endless phone calls, letters and complaints to the elders that "Aunt Connie promised to help me and now she is hiding from me!" I helped her once, and told her to find someone else and she won't leave me alone. I wish I could say '' off!.

My ten posts are up, any advice on avoiding or putting a end to the black-hole of 'I need you help" phone calls would be appreciated. I can't comment or thank you until the clock resets on the board in ten hours.

e hearst/common/author_name.tpl article_timestamp.tpl march 25, 2013. alameda county supervisors have really taken to heart the adage that government should run like a business, rewarding county administrator susan muranishi with the wall street-like wage of $423,664 a year.. for the rest of her life.. according to county pay records, in addition to her $301,000 base salary, muranishi receives:-- $24,000, plus change, in "equity pay" to guarantee that she makes at least 10 percent more than anyone else in the county.. -- about $54,000 a year in "longevity" pay for having stayed with the county for more than 30 years.. -- an annual performance bonus of $24,000.. -- and an additional $9,000 a year for serving on the county's three-member surplus property authority, an ad hoc committee of the board of supervisors that oversees the sale of excess land.. like other county executives, muranishi also gets an $8,292-a-year car allowance.. muranishi has been with the county for 38 years, and she's 63. when retirement day comes, she'll be getting a lot more than a gold watch.. that's because, according to the county auditor's office, muranishi's annual pension will be equal to the dollar total of her entire yearly package - $413,000.

she also has a separate executive private pension plan, for which the county chips in $46,500 a year.. Satanus we had a police chief in Bell, California going to court to sue for his $500,000 a year pension. The highest paid worker in California last year were two Dentist making close to $700,000, we praise our State for opperating at peak inefficiency!

San Jose Mercury had a story of a local Fire Chief and his annual pension of $450,000 and his replacement will start his salary of $350,000 per year. Police and Fire Chiefs are making close to $500,000 in large cities here, our state is in bad straights.
