I agree. I was on an ambein haze again when I wrote this last night. I will try to find the time to rewrite this in a more GB style, print it, place it in a windowed envelope, and mail it to all of my old JW contacts. At least, it would get them to read questions the WBTS can't answer before they figure out it is fake. It may plant a seed.

Letter from the Governing Body.
Dear Brothers due to our failed attempts of interrupting scripture and completely false, multiple prophecies, we as the Governing Body are going to implement a few new changes to God's Earthly Organization.
- We are not God's Earthly Organization. We were started to be an independent bible study group that got out of hand.
- We are rearranging the governing schematics to the following. Everyone is equal. Everyman woman and child will be treated with love and respect.
- We have already dismissed ourselves for the pressures of being God's chosen ones because we never were in the first place. So, our members are allowed to read and interpret his or her bible on that individuals abilities and level of commitment.
- No one will be required to go in public ministry anymore. We have learned this has been a total failure and is not working. Everyone is encouraged to volunteer for charities, spend time with their families, and lead productive lives as Christ would want us to. Also, we expect a 25 percent increase in publishers annually because we will live lives similarly to what Jesus taught and will not be seen as complete self-serving mongers any more.
- We will stop trying to run lives of other individuals with pharisaic unbiblical based commandments that we 12 and the BOE have created in the last 70 years.
- Celebrate what ever it is you want. God wants happy people who follow him because they want to.
- Please for the love of Jehovah go out and get a blood transfusion even if you don't need one. It is silly of us to try to push an antiquated agenda because one person said we wouldn't do this for generations. Why we never consulted with the AMA or another reputable physicians group in the past is a question no of us can answer. Hell most of us didn't graduate high school we should stop pretending that we know answers when it comes to medical problems.
- We currently have vast resources that will need to be taken care of. We are going to use our moneys and properties to help the people we should such as orphans, widows, and ones that need our help.
- We will no longer provide a clergy class that rules people with no representation of rights or conscious. Please let your children take dance, play football, play basket ball, watch movies that make you think, and generally have fun. Its the reason god made us.
- The Kingdom Halls will be used as gathering centers for bible students to sit, speak, and ask questions about the bible and receive the answers from the text God has given to us. We will accept all religions and denominations with their faults and lies just as we have had our own. We will encourage our members to become active in the communities and other local churches just as we have for years taken advantage of the political system to suit our own needs.
- We will never again remove someone from this loving organization for committing simple sin. Here's a news flash. We know you all fooled around to some extent before your were married.
- We know that some scriptures indicate some individuals would not inherent the kingdom based on his and hers acts. We also realize that we all have done and do these things and the only reason any of us have a chance to make it to Gods Kingdom is the sacrifice of his son Christ Jesus. Not a regimen we invented and put in place to forcibly control the people of God to our standards and not His.
- No one will ever be removed from the congregation. If someone conducts an act you do not agree with you have the freedom to keep your distance from him. We will never order the separation of families again. For this and other grievous wrong doings we are blood guilty and shall not be allowed to further our work with the WBTS and will hand the control back over to the congregations were the flock will heard themselves with the hand of God.

Life after WT????

Completely. If your searching for the truth, you are going to be looking for a long time. I still haven't found a place to worship. I travel all over the world working in some pretty amazing, rural locations. I find God all the time in my surroundings. I feel closer to God standing on top of a mountain than I ever did in a Kingdom Hall. I have also ,over time, found people with similar beliefs to mine of all different religions. It is a very WTBS idea that one group has it right. My best advice would be to love God and love His people and the rest will fall in line. God will not destroy you because you got some interpretation wrong. Look for happy, loving, and honest people and surround yourself with them.

Bring on more of your mouth rot and we will pick it piece by piece. I may not be a professor, but I too am an engineer with a PhD. He makes a big deal about robots not being able to catch a ball except under controlled circumstances. Google it. It has already been done. You know the "thought is so amazing god must be real kinda guy". I am one too, but not over something so stupid as this. Machines have been built to catch balls. I will go one step further robots have been built to shot super sonic vector changing missiles out of the sky while moving on a ship dealing with heave, surge, sway, roll, pitch, and yaw in dark, light, rain, fog, and clear blue weather conditions using a relatively small projectile and ranges up to 5 miles. It's called a phalanx gun. It has been in military service for 32 year not even new technology here. What a joke. If catching a ball was as important as protecting a ship from a missile, the ball catching machine would have been built a long time ago. It bothers me this guy of such a small mind is allowed to work with three science magazines. No wait, those of us in our fields who can do, change the world. Those who can't write and teach. The WBTS is using this guy to push their agenda. If he was to write that in a scientific magazine he would be laughed out of his community. Hey when your dealing with a group of uneducated baboons, I guess you can write what you want and any one will believe it.

Would a downtown NY public protest against shunning help or harm the Watchtower Corp?
by tootired2care inso i was having an interesting thought the other night -- albeit probably not original, but interesting.
what would be accomplished if thousands of us banded together and held a huge protest of the issue of shunning family right behind the governing body's headquarters (25 columbia heights) in brooklyn bridge park?
the shunning of non-believing family is a strong issue that i'm sure everyone of us could get behind 100%.

Sd-7 : I asked her to read from the web page after she verified it was the offical WBTS web page. I never used any other tone, but love and kindness. If she lies it will be more evidence for her son that the WBTS programs people to lie. Trust me it was a win.

Something mankind still can not duplicate with the most complex computing devices. He has harnessed the power of fusion. He has been able to preserve and keep accurate a 6000 year old text meandering through generations of language and cultural changes. He is truly an awesome being.
Yet some how, he can't clearly communicate through an individual or group of individuals in New York. He has a life saving message for mankind yet he is unable to clearly publish it through his own earthly organization he commissioned. A human could easily accomplish this task.
If the CEO of Ford Motor Company gave an important, simple address to his board to pass to all of his employees and they failed in this attempt they would be fired immediately. No matter how ernest they were in their duties.
The WBTS wrote in their literature angels direct the writing of the publications. Ask honestly why have the publications been wrong. Is a powerful, instrument of an awesome God incapable of passing along a simple message. The question has to be asked. Who lied the angel directing the writings or the person doing the writing? This is a circular argument which needs no answer. If the messenger lied, it proves they are imbedded with the spirit of deceit and Satan, or the writer lied and is propagating lies marking him as the source of evil and ally of the Devil. Answers A and B both arrive at the same conclusion.
Sometimes, people of power only release small portions of information at a time to control their organization. I have had to do this in my own business life. I only tell what is needed to be known to control money, personal, and attitudes until the appropriate time. This is how the light gets brighter. It is a tool used by people everyday. The perfect example is educating ones children about sex. An individual wouldn't start with every detail to his or her two year old child, but as their knowledge and mental processes develop we add information. We don't tell them false information, after false information and then try to give them the correct information in the end. So the "light gets brighter doesn't work here".
Remember the light gets brighter. It doesn't change colors.
