Not only no...but HELL NO!
I predict the BOE will begin to have a massive turn-over every three years as they reflect the personality of the current CO's as they get rotated. Elders are going to burn out even faster as they get kicked to the curb for no other reason than the CO not liking them. Appointments are already the result of nepotism and ass-kissing. It is only going to become more obvious, IMO.
yes, you read correctly..... all appointed men have been told in a new letter that they have to pioneer to "set the lead" whenever there is a "special" campaign month.
they use some scripture saying that these ones have to show by example.... so for any of us who are appointed and have learned ttatt, it is going to be very hard to fade during this time!.

Well THAT shouldn't be hard to do.
After all with a thirty day month one could pioneer lite (thirty hours). That's only three hours every one of four Saturdays. Two hours on each of four Sundays. That's twenty hours in eight days. That means you only have to give up an hour a day for each of your work days. Of course if you are actually a productive employed worker you can forget about any rest and relaxation, or family time, or.....
But who cares as long as the APPEARENCE is what matters?

Perhaps someone already said this...but it is "special" because the same blah blah blah outline is to be parroted in every congregation on the same day.

Yes! The brown-nosers and suck-ups giving the green handshakes will be the ones appointed from now on. Any loving, compassionate, self-sacrificing genuine elder will be deleted faster than one could say GB...IF the CO doesn't care for anything about him. Just watch the turn over as personalities clash with the CO in power every three years.

Yes, they are lookiing for younger ones to "groom" to become company men. An eldurr friend where I live mentioned that it is now official after the last SAD that circuit overlords will be put out to pasture (retired) at 70 from now on.
I fully expect that the younger, me-first generation of C.O's will make it miserable for anyone over forty or fifty years of age. It's in their DNA these days to be even more critical, demanding, condescending, dismissive and what not of anyone not in their age group.

Watch the green handshakes, and the race of the ones "reaching out" to plug their noses as far up the circuit oversneers ass as possible begin. And then watch the back-stabbing and cut-throat behavior begin as circuit oversneer A appoints one jack-ass brown-noser only to pass over a decent hard working brother who he doesn't personally care for. Only for the whole bull-s--t process to start over three years later with ciruit oversneer B.

what if right in the middle of rolling out their latest money-grabbing scheme, there was an uprising demanding financial transparency?.
i thought jehovah was a god of organization and numbers.
isn't that why we report time and have all these annual reports?.

I had the "privelege" of doing the accounts for awhile.
All I can say is that if a secular business kept their books exactly the same way the congregation/organization does they would be in jail!
