What changes are on the way?

i was listening to the co talk to my wife’s congregation on sunday and pretty much the complete talk was justifying doctrinal and organizational changes and pretty much preparing the ‘rank and file’ for upcoming changes.

anyone on hear have any insight of what ‘new light’ is coming in the future?.

No, changing the destruction of Jerusalem to 586 would still keep the end of the gentile times as 1914 area.

That is how it was prior to Nelson Barbour changed it.

Vidqun was right. " in 605 BCE, Daniel and his companions would be deported" That is when the 70 years started ending in 537, give or take a few years. But that is not the issue here. The issue is when did the kings in the line of David cease being sovereign on Jehovah's throne. When that happened, that is when the gentile times started. That happened 2520 years prior to 1914 CE.

Not accurate. "Jesus Christ returned invisibly in 1914"

JWs don't believe that Jesus returned in 1914 invisibly. The belief is: Jesus is a spirt and thus invisible by nature. He became king in 1914. The return is his resurrecting his disciples to him.

The protection from the Nazis came from the Allied forces, but the org says it was from Rev 12:16 " But the earth came to the woman’s help," The earth being the people.

The irony is that they say they didn't kill their brothers in Germany, but what did they do to protect their brothers in Germany?

Exactly. This Russian persecution is of their own creating. They are getting arrested for extremeism. All they have to do is stop being extremeists and the arrests will stop.

what should be kept in mind is that gerrit lösch apparently worked in europe (the austrian branch and eastern europe) at the time when the abuse was allegedly reported to him (not a gb member then).. plaintiff was raised a member of the jehovah’s witnesses.

she primarily attended meetings at various congregations in arizona.

How can someone 10-16 years old be assigned those jobs at Bethel?

It was never said that armageddon would happen in the fall of 1975.

There was no flip flop over the cross or the worship of Jesus.

AS EArnest said, it was stated that 1975 was the end of 6000 years of human history. Would the end happen then? It might, it could. But they didn't say.
