Back in the 80s I wrote to him and argued deity doctrine with him. He was just like the rest in that he played connect the words. Jesus was called this and Jehovah was called the same, they must be the same. That is poor theology and scholarship.

2022 convention stand-outs, clift notes, comments?? the good, the bad, the ugly...

here is the thing: i tried several times to watch the convention...i just couldn't seem to forge ahead with it.

the reason i wanted to was to be able to engage in conversation about it with some of my old friends that communicate by phone that don't know i have disassociated.

i want to be able to slip in seeds of doubt, but at the same time i have to seem a bit current...) so i welcome to know any take outs, commentary, good or bad, or the video plots, etc.

What I like was the Saturday last talk. Splane says to not judge another. Talks about blood fractions and at what point does blood not become blood? It's the most anti-pharisaical they've shown. Now if only the elders get the point.

and because they were anointed, they hopefully went to heaven.

in the first century though, a newer generation did not replace the old.

Then there was the dramatization of the pioneer sister that complained about the other pioneer sister with the makeup TikTok type social media videos. No one just came out and told the complainer to Mind your own business. If it doesn't concern you, it doesn't concern you. Why is she even following her and watching the videos if she doesn't like them?
