how many of you get pissed off when somebody asks you one of the following questions?:.
do you go to church?
have you been to the latest sermon/mass/meeting?
I get pissed when they ask questions about JWs as if I'm still a JW or when they apologize for saying something bad about the Dubs.
For example:
After they've been told in no uncertain terms that I USED TO BE A JW they will ask. "So you guys don't celebrate holidays?"
That pisses me off. I do not want anyone any time any where to think that I'm still a JW. "NOW GET THAT STRAIGHT. OK!!!!"

aside from money issues, another big reason people file for divorce is infidelity.
I think most people marry for stability. Or for social and/or economic reasons.
If I met someone and fell in love with them and they wanted to get married then I probably would....if they didn't want to get married I would probably be ok with that too...I want whomever I am with to feel good about our relationship and if being married makes them feel better about it then that's what we will do.....
For me the most important thing in my relationship with someone I love is that they are happy, cause that is what makes me happy
the earth is undergoing a major geomagnetic storm today (october 15th).
has anyone here noticed anything different about how they feel today?
i have monitored my own responses to geomagnetic storms and find i almost always get a headache out of the blue and ringing of the ears.
I've had a headache since Sunday. Tell them to turn off the headache machine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOL Who's really the sissy? You're the one who enforced the "no lips below the hips" rule. Wuuuuusssss. Besides........I just couldn't really get in the mood. I mean.....With Jehovah's spirit being there and all. I could just see my dead anointed grandmother in heaven watching. I could imagine throughout the day as we worked so hard on the quickbuild and it was on our first anniversary that she would be bragging to all the other do-gooders in heaven how perfect her grandson was. So I just figured that a few of the might have stuck around that night as if we were on cable channel 69 in heaven. Creeped me out. Things have changed. I don't mind being on channel 69 in heaven. At least that way I'd be a star and, you never know, that might come in handy come judgement day.

i am in a situation ..... i want to buy a new home but my debt to income ratio does not allow me to purchase the home i want.
since i have great credit i am able to go stated income...the problem is that i will have to fib a little to get the loan amount i want.
my issue here is that i don't feel great about fibbingbut i want the loan amount.
How bout this?
If you think you will meet or exceed that income level during the life of the loan then that's what they're really looking for isn't it?

Valis is a great person to party with.
Xena loves to laugh. (and nice to look at)
Megadude is a very good listener and it's nice to see life through his eyes.
I would really like to sit down around a campfire or fireplace and try to carry on an intelligent converstation with Skipper.

i faded as a jw about 8 years ago.
to me the meetings were just plain boring as hell and so "robotic".
i never did feel true love amongst the brothers and sisters as they always like to tout.
I kinda miss spending my summer vacations sitting at a convention and being told not to go out and have fun at night................NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!
