Thechnically, it's not lying, but it's deceitful, nonetheless.
It's a piece of Public Relations for those who do not know much about the inner workings of the Jehovah's Witnesses. If they knew, they wouldn't buy the BS.

"those who were baptized as jehovahs witnesses but no longer preach to others, perhaps even drifting away from association with fellow believers, are not shunned.
in fact, we reach out to them and try to rekindle their spiritual interest.".

gb member and so called "annointed" person geoffry jackson is caught red handed on video doing some worldly dancing and sexual gyrating (they have spoken against such manner of dancing on several occasions) with a woman who is not his wife!!!
i can only imagine what they do off camera now!!!.
i would not have even considerd doing such a thing on the dance floor with a woman, especially if it was not my wife, and i'm not even one of the so called "annointed" smh!!!
I see nothing even remotely wrong with GJ's silly little dance ... why is such a fuss being made out of it? I find the fake laugh of some dude off The camera's catchment to be more daft than anything else on that vĂdeo. For cryin' out loud, criticize what's worth being criticized.
He drives a Bentley? is that a fact? That's way more worthy of note.

one of the jws foundational doctrines is their belief in the inerrancy of the bible.
there are several methods they use to try and support this position including their claim that the bible, as it exists today, is the exact same bible that has been around for thousands of years.
they teach that gods word has been perfectly preserved.

have you ever heard that statement?
i have heard it many times and i just don't know what to do with it.
they are chosing a to live a lie because they like the lifestyle.
When a JW is trapped into a doctrinal corner, this is the typical reasoning to justify allegiance to the organization.

why was there no official arrangement before 1952 to disfellowship people?
was there a different procedure with a different name?
was no one committing disfellowshipping offenses?

for now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face; now i know in part, but then i will know fully just as i also have been fully known.. _______________________.
excellent. marked.
i first noticed it today... slides up at the bottom.
i wonder why they felt the need to do this?
this is just silly for a religious website..
Maybe the purpose is that you cannot copy from the jw.org website and then post that information elsewhere, so that no trace of evidence is left when the GB re-writes some of the past published information that gets edited because of some "new light" .... thus making "apostate" claims harder to prove.

"from time to time, there have arisen from among the ranks of jehovah's people those, who, like the original satan, have adopted an independent, faultfinding attitude...they say that it is sufficient to read the bible exclusively, either alone or in small groups at home.
but, strangely, through such 'bible reading,' they have reverted right back to the apostate doctrines that commentaries by christendom's clergy were teaching 100 years ago.

so, they are claiming that these new partakers associated with their site are not being df'd.. i understand that two witness guys run this site.
can anyone confirm that they are not df'd?.
From a doctrinal point of view, they're interesting, but their unsubstanciated claims of mass "conversions", especially of people highly ranked in the Org are simply too fanciful to be believed. Then there's their backing of the Urantia Book [from which they have since retracted], that gives me cold feet. I follow the developments with interest, but from a safe distance.
