The outline number 44 from this year’s Regional Assembly states:
La Organización de las Naciones Unidas es en realidad una falsificación del Reino mesiánico, y es una ofensa para Dios.
Translation: “The United Nations Organisation is actually a counterfeit of the Messianic Kingdom, and it is offensive to God.”
So it looks like the WT are back to their old tricks in slagging off the UN.

A weird nut funny voice in the JW dramas
by HowTheBibleWasCreated inmany who have been a jw since the 70- 80s remember the jw dramas coming out yearly.. today they are movies but to the topic.... many of the voice actors are the same.. one however is plain odd.. lets list his roles as i remember:.
the exodus drama: janes.
gideon drama: an anger worshiper of baal.

His name is Sam Buck. He gave a talk at an International Convention in Spain in 2003 and had the exact same recognisable voice. I immediately recognised his voice from the Exodus drama and went to meet him after the assembly.
He seemed a very nice and humble guy and played his part down. We had a fun chat about that drama. Here’s his photo that I took:
The British guy that Neat Blue Dog is referring to is the Scot, Jack Barr (now deceased).

2018 Regional (District) Convention Outlines
by AverageJoe1 inso the official program is out but does anyone have access to the actual outlines for the assembly this year in english and/or spanish?.
maybe the gb are clamping down on their "high-up" leaks within the organisation and the circuit overseers making these available have been kicked or had to no longer leak material for fear of getting themselves discovered by the wt gestapo..

Anyone at dudley this weekend
by Deltawave ini attended the assembly programming at dudley yesterday (saturday) and it was so boring.. only 5 baptisms i think.
during the baptism talk an 11 year old girl was interviewed who has already been baptised a year!
(disgraceful).
