  Hello, I am new here...I think!?!?!?

  hello everyone.. i am new to this forum...at least i think i am...i swear that i joined before and left a message...but maybe i was just dreaming.. anyway, i am, what seems to be termed in this forum, a fading jw.

  my wife is still a jw and when i try to talk to her she will go on about me becoming an apostate, but i have learnt so much about the wtbts these last few months that fading and leaving is so easy for me now.

  i know that there is a lot of hate and false stuff said about the wtbts but also a lot of things are true, like the famous ngo business and being a shareholder of a company that produces parts that are used in weapons.

  My Memorial Experience

  i take public transit to & from work.

  i walk past a "historic" theater on a daily basis.

  as i walked past this theater, there were about 8-10 j-dubs waiting for the theater to open so they can get the "best" seats.

  My husband loves to tell his experience to whoever will listen about the day he and our son were doing return visits in a rural area and on the road in front of them was a snake he said its body was the size of a dinner plate and he couldnt see the head or the tail because they were both hidden in the bushes mind you that snake gets bigger every time he tells the story

  brief overview... black college professor / lawyer, recently came in the truth... yadda yadda.. well, i worked with him out in service, and we were talking about mormanism, and he said that he knew mormanism was wrong because they once taught that black folks couldnt go to heaven, but then they magically changed and said they could.

  so then i asked him how he felt about the society's old stance on black people.

  thought today that i would try to get some questions answered.

  i wanted to see if he could answer my concerns and was looking forward to a nice discussion or some peace regarding some things that are driving me crazy.. so, i saw this older 'wise' looking gentleman on the street holding up some mags.

  Another wine from the Apostates' Restaurant

  last night mrs ozzie and i were enjoying yet another delectable feast at the apostates' restaurant, just down the road from australia bethel, and needed a top wine to complement it.. so what did we order from their cellar?.

  we thought a change was in order from the familiar devil's lair shiraz (an appropriate label for the apostates' restaurant don't you think?
