Wonder why he didn't make the orange so it would peel like the banana or the coconut? What sort of convinces me of creation is the brain, sight, hearing and procreation. I'm still not sure though. Why the viruses, parasites, mosquitoes, harmful bacteria etc. If he is a loving God it looks like he could have done better than that.

I was five years old when I heard the Judge speak and all I can remember is his arrogance. I was about 25 when I talked to Nathan Knorr and he had the same attitude as Rutherford. If that is what God's spirit is like, I don't want any of it.

I don't know what to think about anything anymore. I don't understand why I'm here, what will be the end of me, if there is a God or creator and what he thinks of me or even cares about the earth or humans. Am I just another animal or do we have a special place in the universe? I feel OK about myself but know myself is about over. Don't have much to look forward to, it's all downhill from here.

we were asked if we would volunteer for this important work of asking our bible students or good return visit clients if they could rent a room out to out of town delegates attending the da.
we opened up our home to a nice family and we became friends.
for many years we would visit each other and they would stay w/us when they went to ny to visit relatives.
Yes I remember it well. When I was 19 I was put in charge of finding and assigning rooms for the circuit assembly in our town. This was in 1955. It was very stressful for me to handle this responsibility but it worked out OK. My dad had just died a month before the assembly.

hello, i discovered this site yesterday and have been on it for hours!
i've been studying with jehovah's witnesses for 4 years and quite frankly love it.
a bit of background, i am a college educated young man (have a bs in psychology) and am currently a medical student.
If the bible is really the word of God to instruct us in our worship of him it hasn't worked. There is no correct understanding of it except in the minds of some religious person or organization. How do you find the truth? Who do you listen to? I know, believe in Jesus...but he is only a small portion of the bible and if that is all that's required the bible could be one page, proven by God to be HIS words.
If you are searching for the truth of a God the only thing we have as proof is the universe and we don't understand it much better than the human book called the bible. Good luck on your search for truth of religion or belief in a God.
