The New and Hidden Class Consciousness of Jehovah's Witnesses
by truthseeker inclass consciousness is defined as identification with other members of ones own class and awareness of its relationship with other classes.
a remarkable change has happened in the last ten years among jehovah's witnesses, and this is largely due to the way we communicate.. .
the internet has brought about huge social changes in the way we think, do business and research, and how we spend our free time.. .

You know something has changed when your parents ask you when you are going to get life insurance or one of them is very proud of going to college and planning on pursuing further college education.

Thanks for the comments everyone. It is such a beautiful place there. Also, probably the closest I get to anything spiritual. There is nothing like wading out into the cold cold river in your waders early in the morning. The bugs are flittering around the water and the trout are coursing through the water. Fog is roiling down the river like the scene from the movie The Ten Commandments, devouring you with a cool touch. Something quite communal there for me. Definitely good for my mental well being. It is also nice when your significant other shares, or has the same passion you do for fishing. We stayed out on the river almost all day with a few breaks at camp for a bologna sammich or pigs in a blanket, which is my favorite camp food. I like that place too because I can drink beer in the State Park. Here in Texas they are such assholes about open container, it has lead to a couple trouble for me in the past. Beer, Women, & Fishing are indeed a holy trinity. Have a nice day everyone and thanks agin for your comments.

Do you "now" look for more reasons to dislike or hate the JW's?
by free2beme ini have noticed from reading over this site and from having contact with former witnesses in my personal life, that a lot of time is consumed in the beginning of your exit from the witnesses, with finding further reasons to hate or dislike the jehovah's witnesses.
with this i was wondering, is this done to give yourself more reason not to return or is it an expression of your freedom to find out what you want without borders.
from a pure psychological stand-point, i am prone to wonder if it is a means of feeding an inner anger to bring one a faults sense of security, when they are challenged from within to decide if what they are really dealing with is correct thinking or a path that is truly wrong.

One does not have to look very far to dislike them as an organized religion, and in many cases these reasons bleed into personal relationships. This "bleeding" can be found in many ways as in my case. I for a long time had nothing to do with the Witnesses, or my parents for that matter, but when I had kids they thought it their personal mission to bring my children into their convoluted, and suffice to say delusional world of religious belief. Did it make me angry? Most certainly. Did they stop the first time I asked politely to repsect my wishes? Not at all. I vented so many times here and have sat at my compter with tears running down my face, because I just couldn't or hadn't ever dealt with my own demons. It is different for everyone. So you see in many cases they bring rage, distrust and hurt upon themselves with what one could call theit bloodguilt driven system of not only dealing with people, but core beliefs which surround them and others every day, minute, second, and hour of life. Giving in to the dark side is not a bad thing, as long as you aren't on a molten planet fighting some dude who looks like Littletoe. As the jedi said, "Don't do it Vader, I have the high ground"..

Thanks for the greetings everyone. If you happen to be in southwesten Missouri and know where Bennett Spring State Park is you will find this Sassquatch planted firmly on the river seeking rainbows and brown trout. Just look for the dreadlocks and a nine foot pole.. See you next week and I hope everyone has a good day till I see you evil Apostates again.
Sincerely,
