  Acutally a lot of Sandwich places do serve chips with food. Here in the US we call what you ordered 'Fries'!!!!

  I've never said the term 'soda' unless talking about scotch but even them I'm a purist!

  I usually refer to all pop as coke actually..........

  for some reason when ever I think of Canada I think of 'Strange Brew', is that what it's really like????

  AMERICANS!! A Brit needs help

  ok so heres the deal.. having always wanted to visit america, i would like to set up a months multi-centre holiday (thats a vacation lol).. problem, i have never travelled abroad except when organised by the military, so i have no idea whats involved.

  i dont even know whether or not to bring towels.

  lol.. i can set up flights to/from the states here (even interstate flights), but when i get there i will be the original innocent abroad.. what i need.

  AHhh how fun. Let me just add that during that time of the year the Pacific Northwest has perfect weather!!!!! That's Washington and Oregon... and they are beautiful states, plenty of mountians and lakes and ocean. Plus plenty of 'apostates'

  this morning i received a telephone call from a company asking me to drive 500 odd miles for them on a delivery run taking me pretty darn close to englishman's home, upon arriving at his doorstep, he instantly nagged me to make a post, despite my adversity towards doing so, 1 cor 15: 33 an all that, however, thought rather than upsetting his somewhat peculiar nature, that i'd take him up on the offer and wish you all the best.

  so, to those that know me, may i wish you all the best and my hopes that 2003 be one hec of a good year for the lot of you.

  life this end is excellent as usual, though in these winter months not spending as much time as i would like down upon the banks of the helford river.
