Last weekend's Florida Apostofest...Got pics now

ok, so it wasn't the blow out that dallas had but our mini-fest this past weekend at joy's and jst2law's house was great!

we've got a few pics to share but i don't know where to host them on the web nor how to post them here, so any help would be appreciated.. .

i was able to spend the weekend with 3 of my favorite people...joy, jst, and venice .

we did have a blast this weekend, such a variety of people all plunked togther but it was a Little Toe would say 'Faaantastick'.

Joy and Jst feel like family now it was soo good to visit u guys again and your hospitality is so wonderful. and those potatoes what can I say about those yummyy and excellent ruffage!!!! heheehehehe

Robin is was great to finally meet you, you have such a great sense of humor hehehehe!!! I wish you all the best in the world and let me know if you need anything. (and I'll let Dana know hehehe jk) hahah

Drue glad we finally met, and don't mind joy heheh she's just being joy hahha. I'm so impressed that you got your masters and know things will work out for you. Just keep on smiling and don't hide that sense of humor you've got ok!!!! Be adventerous.

Little Toe wow what a guy. It was so wonderful meeting you as well and you are truely a kind and loving person. Wish I could remember everything we talked about, I know I retained a lot (and not just water ). We talked about pretty much everything I can think of and I'm much richer for your insights and understanding, we shall keep in touch.

We're scary together and I pity the guys at the car place ohh god poor things hope they recover. I'm so impressed by your strenght of character you've come out swining and I think that's amazing. You are such an incredible mother, you are soo concerned and connected with your kids it's inspiring. I know they will appriciate all that you do for them, in time . Your very quick witted and damn your merciless on me hehe but I guess there's some good material there. I loved bantering with you and making jst wonder if we're serious or not, hehehe.

Can they announce that you are df'd or da'd without telling you?

i know this sounds like a stupid question.

we haven't attended a meeting in almost a year.

about 5 months ago they sent us a registered letter saying they wanted to meet with my husband and i and discuss charges of apostasy.

Dad was the PO and city overseer in our town and they sent him certified mail to attend a meeting, he called and talked to the chairman and wanted to rescedule the meeting being as we were out of town (this was on a mon) the elder said ok. Then I found out on thursday from a friend that dad had been announced as DF'd on Tues night.

He never met with anyone, hadn't actually refused to meet with them, and they df'd him in abstenita.

Three months later mom and I were announced and we heard from someone out of state a few days later even though the elders PROMISED they would let us know before it was announced!!! (that was the smallest of their pack of lies).

A Faint Knock at the Door. Guess Who?

this morning i heard a faint knock at my door.

i answered it to find two nicely dressed young women who i knew had to be jws.

they introduced themselves and offered me the latest magazines with the awake being the one being most prominent.

ahhh haven't had any JW's stop by since we left, but we're in a Condo so I don't think it'll be happening anytime soon. Kinda wonder what I'd do, I think I'd invite them in give them some coffee, be really hospitable and then try and ask some questions heheheehhe. Then again I might just flip them off, it would really depend on my mood!!!

omg my last job I worked off a 'wang' compture, no hard drive, no anything it's just a big rolodex with a bad green and black screen. the company didn't even have a website and the company email was @aol.com. This was a 30+ yr old international company and they were soo electronically challenged.

I think it's a bad sign when your working on a computer that is older then you are!!!!!
