Last Night's Nightmare

i woke up with my heart racing this morning.

i had an awful dream that i had gone home to visit my parents and that everybody in my former cong came bye to say hi.

in my dream, all the men had on suits and all the women had on floral dresses.

ohh great I'm finally in someone’s dream and I'm a Wuss!!! great just great. hehhe wonder what I was up to hahah.

I had a dream last week that I was in service, all the sudden I was walking to the door with a book bag and I was like what on earth am I supposed to say, I can't offer this crap to anyone, so I'll make my partner take the door and try to get out of here. After that door I convinced the group to go have a nice lunch, then the rest of the dream was bout the waitress who would never take my order hahahhaha.

Ohh and btw i was born in 1978 wonder if there's any significance there hmmmmmmmmm . I've had some pretty strange reoccuring dreams from childhood that all pretty much came true when I left the borg. I'll share those when I have the time.

since being inactive, i smoke and drink like a trouper, have gotten up to various sexual mis-endeavours (lol) and played up generally.

i'm not all that proud of any of this, just the way my life has gone.

Dad was the PO and city overseer in our town and they sent him certified mail to attend a meeting, he called and talked to the chairman and wanted to rescedule the meeting being as we were out of town (this was on a mon) the elder said ok. Then I found out on thursday from a friend that dad had been announced as DF'd on Tues night.

He never met with anyone, hadn't actually refused to meet with them, and they df'd him in abstenita.

Hey Somebody loves me . awwww your such a sweetie, I always liked seeing your pic and red hair you were such a doll and I remember wondering if there wasn't something going on with you and zev hehehee. kimberley locke was simply amazing...reuben as well.... clay was great but played it safe...too bad joshua didn't...he was the worst singer tonight....it was painful to watch...disco is not his genre of singing.... i also liked carmen.. of the judges, i love simon's honesty.. reuben looks like a shoe-in for american idol finalist...i wish his competition was either kimgerly locke or clay

Question to all JWD Old Timers

i've only been hanging around this forum for nearly a year (lurking for a few months and then i started posting in july).

now that this board is 3 years old, i'm curious about something.

how would you rate the state of jehovahs-witnesses.com now as opposed to 2000-early 2002?

Hehehe I was just thinking about this the other night myself Tex. I did a search on an old thread and got lost reading in the archives. It was more of a family atmosphere but I was posting ALL the time like to every damn thread at that point. The board at that time was what kept my sanity (scary thought).

The first round of H2O's wasn't sooo bad hehehe well at least I didn't think so I was one of them.(hey only a couple weeks after Prisca) I admit that when there was a mass exodus from h2O to here things got a lil bumpy but I think both the old and new posters were as much to blame, and everyone was trying to find their place, and get settled in.

The past two years have been a bit of a roller coaster with heated issues bring brought to the table at times, and many have not learned to debate in a calm manner, others just used some issues to piss off people they didn't like. As you can see already in this thread.

I sometimes miss that 'homey' feel but I think a lot of it is the fact that I'm not around as much, so I can't say it's the board that's changed so much, I know I've changed greatly in the past 2 years. Even in times of 'flame wars' there have always been a 'faction' trying to keep peace or start calm threads where people can just hang out and post. And chats good too if you want to stay out of the fray.
