Interview of a sister - Friday morning at the District Convention

i found the whole interview astonishing]:.

"sister x-, you've been a baptized servant of jehovah since 1972.. you must have seen a lot since that time".

Today I came from talking to my 74 year old dad. HE lashed out about me not believing in the "faithful slave" because of all the changes. He said that he does not remember any:

Transplants : never heard about the change

Smoking: Never heard about it

Blood changes: a provision from Jehovah

1975 : the slave never said it - just the brothers

Generation change: Never happened / he can't remember

Then I quickly found the page here that shows the flip flop on Sodom and Gomorrah, he said it is all just new light and that things change.

I have no idea how they can all remember new light and to blame the flock but the can never remember the tom-foolery that is giving to them on a regular basis

Freedom of religion seems to be a problem. Something simply cured with technology is denied because someone thinks GOD wants them to do this???

@nomad - I sat here reading the passage again and I thought to myself that something extra had to happen for none of these 42 kids to escape... literally sit back and count to fouty two as fast as you can. You can obviously count to fourty two faster than a bear can rip apart 42 kids. So in that span of time not one of these kids ran in the opposite direction???

@Emery - indeed, it seems like alot less trouble to restore a few hundred hair folicles than it is to go and tell a bear to frig up a bunch of playful children. I also wonder how Elijah felt after he did this... did he feel like a big man

4 sincere questions for those that believe there is a God

greetings.. allow me to set the questions up.. after 30 years in the truth (i'm now late 40's) and having established the truth about the truth i consider myself agnostic going on atheist.. i struggle to believe there is a god when i observe life yet i try to convince myself there must be something out there.. here's the basis of my question: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-23583116 .

in summary, 2 young boys have been killed by a snake that escaped from a pet store in canada.

it made it's way up through the ventilation into the apartment they were staying in.

HE did when our last child was born and we almost lost baby and mother due to an unforseeing situation (today he is 5 years old and my wife is doing great!)"

Well Cabo you are special! That is why GOD helped YOU. See my randmother was abused and beat by her husband. She still raised them all Christians... all 5 of them. She got pregnant a 6th time and the baby was born with an enlarged heart... he died. My grandmother prayed all the while but GOD thought it was best that this baby die. A few years later she got pregnant again, unfortunately he was stillborn... my grandmother prayed that the stillborn child would be a strong young man but instead.... no he died.

So Verde you are special. GOD love YOU more than OTHERS for some reason that THEY can not understand. The only way to know if GOD loves SOMEONE is if when something bad should happen HE makes sure that IT does not.

Although bears may run at 30 MPH I would suppose that the average child can run 5 to 10 maybe 11 when they are being chased by a bear. The thing is why did they all run the same direction? Were they a mob of kids that thought they could take the bear and ran at the bear?

One insult (go up you baldhead) and they deserve to die???

Also, I remember learning(I could be wrong because I never really listened) that anyone killed at the hand of Jehovah was condemned forever. I think GOD telling the bear to go kill children would still qualify as God killing them.

Then two shebears came out of the woods and tore forty two of the children to pieces.

My questions are:

1. Did all forty two kids line up and let the bear smack them to death on purpose?

2. Did God inflict their legs so they could not run

3. These bears, did they have v8 engines or something that allowed them to move so quickly??

first time i ever heard anyone say there was 'proof' of noah's flood.. very interesting,.

showed a trawler, where the team dredges regularly in the north sea - for animal bones, massive land animal bones, mammoths.. he said, originally, the bones were sent for analysis, and the dr stated, they were proof of noah's flood.. the north sea area was a land mass of dry grazing lands.

and it was very similar to africa.. many bones were found in london, of lions, hippos, etc ... when they were digging out the underground.. .
