  watchtower doctor being honest?.

  today i added a new article to my blog.

  it addresses authorship of a chapter in a new book published by johns hopkins university press.

  I wonder about the quality of the medical doctors who work at Bethel.

  For instance, the osteopath Dr. Mae J. Work, who was at Bethel from at least the 1920's to the early 1940's, treated patients using the Abram's oscillocast device!

  Dr Work totally believed in the Abram's device, but he was a quack, and all the diagnosis and treatments using the osillocat were worthless.

  But she continued to defend Dr. Abrams and his phony medical procedures!

  Dr Work was incompetent, at least as far as using this machine to help people!

  I have an original 1920 Millions now living will never die book.

  i just found it in a drawer that hadnt been opened in years.

  i got it from my fathers library years ago.

  it seems there arent many originals around anymore.

  actually died 70 years ago!

  A current eBay auction of the 1920 "Millions Now Living will Never Die" book is up to $49.95.

  The book is not in perfect condition, there are tears on the cover.

  and i mean the whole bible, from start to finish.. first, the fear factor.

  many that are deeply into the bible are afraid that, if they quit or disagree with it, they are going to suffer forever (destruction or hell).

  they are also promised a major reward (life on earth forever, or heaven) if they obey.

  this thread is for everybody and everybody is welcome to comment on it .

  however i'm going to direct my thoughts and comments in this initial post to lurking jehovah's witnesses who may read on this board and may be sitting on the fence pondering on whether to stay in the jehovah's witnesses organization.

  also to newer members who may have joined the board.. in this latest 4/15 wt in the article , " jehovah knows how to deliver his people " it conveys the thought that only the wt society ( through god's help ) will be guiding any jw's through the alleged " armageddon " considered god's war against the wicked.

  What The Watchtower desires in its followers can be described by the German word KADAVERGEHORSAM.

  This word means corpse-like, unthinking, wooden obedience.

  Is The Watchtower now saying that they are speaking in the name of Jehovah?

  How will The Watchtower recieve these specific instructions form Jehovah?
