Several years ago this was even mentioned at some meetings, as it is no laughing matter to someone who is chemically sensitive. Perfumes, colognes and after shave scents can cause a sufferer to have massive migraines and become nauseous almost instantly.
The idea that you have to smell like a chemically-created scent is kinda weird anyway, when you stop and think about it.

I got up yesterday morning (Saturday) and enjoyed the watchtower work
by Zoos inreaching the fire watchtower on top of wayah bald overlooking the smokey mountains can be a difficult hike from nantahala lake up the bartram and appalachian trails where they straddle each other passing through this area.
the most enjoyable watchtower work i've ever participated in.. the views from the tower are spectacular.. .
looking across nantahala forest to the smoky mountains, described poetically as the most elevated peak; from whence i beheld with rapture and astonishment, a sublimely awful scene of power and magnificence, a world of mountains piled upon mountains.

jwfacts, as of 2-3 years ago they still used the forms for referrals (usually given to elderettes for follow-up). I don't think they typically send them to bethel, though, typically they get passed around through networking. Although there are probably some rule followers that do forward them to the mothership for processing. The sign language eldubs stay in touch with the English and Spanish cong servants and often get referrals through the grapevine too.
