  "I can't stop thinking about Jehovah's Witnesses!"

  i've heard this said by a few ex-witnesses in my three years away from the organization, and have sometimes said it myself.

  sometimes it is said in the context of, "i'd like to move on, but i just can't stop thinking about them.

  could it not be that one of the reasons ex-jws "can't stop thinking about" the organization -- and their past involvement with it -- is that they daily log onto this site, read about the society and talk about them?

  You are right JG, Brad just needs to let everyone experience life in their own way and not assume that we are all still experiencing the painful Watchtower, I've had it up to ere with these "special needs" talks!

  Brad, the day that you stop frikkin analysing exJWs and getting it all wrong, then perhpas YOU will be able to move on. You are always blaming the exjws for something dude. Anyway, I wish you the best :)

  hi--can you people please tell me things are going to get better for me and my family?.

  to make a long story short, a bunch of my siblings and cousins own some property that has been in escrow since january.

  some people are not speaking to each other any more because they can't believe we want to get money for this sacred property that my grandparents owned and-- because we want my 53 year old pot smoking brother who does not hold down a regular job, bathe regularly or have a life, and does not pay rent, to move off the property.

  the 14 year old jw girl from vernon, bc, has just lost her court case in the bc supreme court in vancouver to not have blood transfutions.

  Well I hope the Watchtower will now recommend a good counselling session to make the girl feel better when she does have to have blood. She must be traumatised at the thought. Stupid religion!

  she has recently not been attending meeting and not reading her watchtower.

  Shawn, dont send it just yet! JWs have very little empathy to sympathise with the cases you have mentioned. Your mention of anti JW websites will also bring a chasm between you and your friend. Take time learn more, be patient.

  The point you make on Organ transplants is very good, you need to make these points without making any negative reference to the Governing body...

  Unfortunately I cant spend time disecting the letter, but there are a lot of good points in it.

  Bebu you never heard of the "toronto blessing"? In England we had so much of it and many were travelling out there to recieve it. When I was in Canada in 1998 I was invited to go to the Airport Toronto church and refused point blank. I read their literature beforehand and was repulsed by it.
