i just got home from a 5 day stint with joanna, eyegirl, and no apologies as well as joanna's manwhore and it was by far the best vacation i ever had and i had the most fun humanly imaginable.
joanna is the best host ever and eyegirl is great to swap silly stories with, among other things.
;) a public thank you for having me and this is not an invitation for anyone else to swamp them with invitation requests because they do lead busy lives and they are mine mine, you hear me, mine all mine!
You sure know how to make a guy envious! Glad you had a blast....

i've heard this said by a few ex-witnesses in my three years away from the organization, and have sometimes said it myself.
sometimes it is said in the context of, "i'd like to move on, but i just can't stop thinking about them.
could it not be that one of the reasons ex-jws "can't stop thinking about" the organization -- and their past involvement with it -- is that they daily log onto this site, read about the society and talk about them?
lol, Brad expects us to take him seriously, I know its a hard thing to do but..well..ya know
i just got a pm from mouthy/grace/granny and she is not feeling up to par these days..... her arthritis and diabetes is acting up..... can you please send her a special prayer or thought her way..... we all know she well worth it..... .

Your agenda for this thread is clear, its to spout off your superiority over everyone, forgive us for finding it totally annoying, superiority complexes always are.
When you are standing two inches away from a large picture you can't see the whole picture.
You mean when we are standing where YOU are and can see things clearly like you can..I see! Thx for the tip!
You create a scenario about a "few exwitnesses" that you then address. In creating the scenario, you aim the daggers at everyone except for the "few ex witnesses" you refer to. You try to leave a loophole so you can take back your accusations:
Just as a further qualification, I do not intend to say that my observation applies to everyone on this site. Far from it. I'm just saying it is something to think about for some.
Not everyone? so who is the "They" or the "few ex witnesses" that you refer too?
but I don't believe most people do much "moving on" here, at least not mentally and emotionally.
I see! Its not everyone (lets exclude you for instance), but just "most" here? I Got it!
and whats one of thier problems again?
In other words, it's not so much that they can't move on, but that they won't move on.
Riiiight...gee thats silly of them en it.
But, to think that one must constantly go back and re-hash the "awful past" and the "terrible Watchtower" seems rather silly, if you ask me.
A total misrepresentation of "most...here", but thats because your silly en it.
Hope I'm not being too condesending

Bradley...of the "swimming against the tide" class
I would suggest you are of the totally drowning class.
Everyone here has swam against the tide dude, thats why they are here! >roll eyes<
ok this one is 2 fold..... tonight i was chatting to my ex on the internet and despite 5 years elapsing, he wants to go out for a beer.
he was a creep at the time we split, good looking and all the rest, but prone to violent outbursts and had this knack of making me think i didn't need any other friends (i gradually dropped them all) whilst all the time becoming more controlling........it messed up my head at the time.
(like a dumb twat i even gave him all my visa cards as he said he'd be better at managing "our" money) apparently he is now a changed person, and i am too, no longer as gullible as i once was.
and I don't feel so alone now
littlerock, thats great to hear! Welcome aboard. Good to meet you

theres a new girl and her brothers down here from kansas until may.
she sounds fun, from what i've met at the gathering last night.
shes looking for a guy.
tsunami sounds like a youngster, he has selected a girl who appeals to him and thinks "yeah, I'll date her", of course in the process of selection he has overlooked that the girl also has a choice and will probably tell him where to go sling his hook...
patience, we were all that age once...
all the best tsunami

You may now proceed to tell me how I'm violating my own advice.
HAHAHahahaha, you know its gonna happen....
