  Haven't played RA2 that much, and never on-line yet (I have it, but my friend whom I used to play on-line with suddenly got the "directive" from his wife <G>)...

  My handle is BigBrother (assuming that the handles work from RA to RA2)..

  If not, I'll let ya know what my handle will be..

  The Apostate Computer Virus

  warning: this thread is for educational, entertainment or informative uses only!

  i am not advocating or encouraging anything...just dreaming.... after recently discovering the extent of the wtb&t's dependence upon compaq computers i was just entertaining a little fantasy about releasing the good news virus into their computer systems, which would propagate through email and also automatically be downloaded from apostate sites that the witnesses undoubtedly spy upon.

  this virus would be rather nasty i'm afraid.. instead of doing something along the lines of cleaning out their hard drive or posting obscene material it would do the following:.

  BTW: If a virus like this is made, we have to give the only known way to rid your computer of the virus to the GB.. This way, all the dubs will have to call the GB to have their computers cleaned, at which time it will be Judicial city galore as the GB realizes that almost all the faithful dubs use the evil internet.. :-)

  Wonder what would happen when the GB realizes that most of the people using the Internet are the ones "taking the lead".. I mean, my friend's father (elder) is an Internet Junky!!!!

  does anyone who has left the organisation ever get scared at current world events and what they seem to be leading to?

  more and more the governments are getting fed up with religion, there is now more than even a call "for" peace rather than "of" peace and security.

  bin laden and his extremist religious views would give rise to the thought that governments will in the future be intent on eradicating religion altogether due to the trouble it causes.

  Let's have some honest answers

  ok all you ex's, be honest.

  do you ever have that little voice pop in your head and say "what if - just what if they're right?".

  it happens to me on occasion and i've been totally out for years.

  Truth be known, I'm not nor have I ever been a JW, but my friend tried to 'show me the truth'..

  At times, I've had a question in my head of what if..

  Then, I re-read all the stuff where they claimed to be prophets, all the predictions that didn't come true, and then re-read the scriptures about false prophets..

  As soon as I re-read the scriptures, the anxiety (after all, the bible itself says don't even fear a false propher) goes away, and I say god cannot lie.. He wrote it in the bible, and they met the criteria MANY times for false prophets.. Therefor, it is impossible for events to happen the way they predict.. (God will frustrate their predictions).. And guess what, they've made many predictions, and not one has come true, so god is certainly frustrating their predictions, isn't he!!!

  Claiming to be "GOD" or god's representative is a very powerful message.. I've never been indoctrinated, and every once in a while I get the question too, so I can only imagine the 'fear' that people who were indoctrinated get..

  My recommendation: Keep a copy of their claims of 'prophecy' and their list of failed predictions, and a copy of Deut 18:18-22 handy for just those times.. Believe in god, he cannot lie, he will not deceive, he told us how to identify false prophets, and they are easily identified as false prophets many times.. Trust in god, do not fear them, and go on with your life!!!!

  It works for me, anyway.. Your mileage may vary <G>

  You said:

  I'm so happy that YOU have been granted such authority from God as to pass judgement on the apostates before God does..

  BTW: I've talked to apostates that certainly DO believe that a day of accounting will take place, and they feel that they would rather stand on their own merits and conscience than on the merits and man-made rules of the GB:

  Let's examine the record, shall we...

  Here is a list of stuff we know about the JW sect:

  1.) They have Prophecied in Jeohvah's name multiple times, and it didn't come true

  2.) Have changed their doctrine MANY times as a result of "new light". Note these doctrines were based on scripture.. I.E. The GB read the scriptures wrong, and then changed the interpretations later.
  If this new light comes from God himself, then they are claiming to be inspired, and check Deut 18:18-22 for false prophet. If they are claiming to be men re-anylizing the scriptures, then they are just men, and JW's are just following men (See Pharisee).

  3.) Have been caught with their hands in the "cookie Jar", or should we say the scarlet colored beast. When caught, they resign and tell their members that the only reason they joined in the first place was a 'library' card.. Can the R&F JW join the YMCA because they want to use the pool? If not, then isn't that hypocrisy?

  4.) Have double standards, look at how they treated military cards. Doesn't Jehovah hate uneven scales?

  5.) Have lied on numerous occasions to their own followers to 'cover up' their transgressions. I thought Christians were always supposed to tell the truth to fellow Christians.

  6.) Claim that they abstain from blood, but that didn't occur for the first 50 or so years of their existence, and Jesus (according to them) accepted them as his representitve here on earth. Intersting that Jesus didn't see anything so dastardly wrong with blood that he 'gave' them the keys to his earthly possesions.

  7.) Claim that they stay neutral in war, yet participated in war until 1939 or so. And during that time that they believed war was ok, Jesus choose them to be his representative and look over his earthly things, Interesting that Jesus didn't see anything so dastardly wrong with this that he 'gave' them the keys to his earthly possesions.

  8.) Claim that only they have interpreted the bible the way they do, but do not admit that a great deal of their teachings come from the Adventist church.. (So much for originality, huh)

  9.) Even though they claim to abstain from all blood, now fractions of fractions of blood is ok.. Unless god himself gave that 'revelation' to the GB, it's men playing with the interpretation of what they think blood is.. If that is the case, and they are now claiming to interpret what blood is, and they just changed that interpretation (not via divine intervention, but just men changing their minds), doesn't that also mean that the GB is now blood guilty for all those years they didn't allow the components to be taken, and resulted in the death's of many JW's?

  And yet, through all of this (Much of which the average JW doesn't know because the GB does a good job of covering it up to the R&F) you still claim rightousness and are still able to "humbly" judge others.

  It amazes me how "humble" you are.. The old saying "Oh lord it's hard to be humble when you are perfect in every way" comes to mind.. Even though you'll tell me that you aren't perfect, you obviously feel "more perfect" than the apostates (or anyone else not a JW for that matter)..

  If you don't claim to be perfect, then how do you claim that you can judge in rightousness? And if you do not claim to judge in rightousness, then how the hell do you make statements like the one you just did? Furthermore, you believe that all apostates will be permanetly cut-off. How can you make that claim, unless you are perfect like Jesus was? Are you like Jesus? Is any JW, including any of the F&DS perfect? If not, how do you justify those claims????

  I am very impressed You Know... Let's hope that God is equally impressed when your time comes!!!
