has anyone ever pondered over the two scripture's at matthew 25: 31, 32 and daniel 12:1?
the first tells us that the son of man is "sitting down" ... and that then a "separating" work begins.
then in daniel 12:1 it tells us that when michael "stands up" a great time of trouble ensues.. do you think it's possible he is not yet "standing up?

Now why would it state that the Son of Man is bringing all the angels with him, if infact he is an angel himself?

do any of you know anything about digital cameras, as i need some advice on buying one.. the family are in the antiquarian print and map dealing business.
many of the old steel engravings are black and white with very fine detail, ink clarity in various stages due to fade out from age, early 1600's - 1860's.. we are looking to put some of these images onto the internet in specialised hosting communities that deal with this business.
image size flat is from a few inches square to 24"x20"+.. which camera would be particularly well suited to the purpose and which features would we be needing ideally?

Don't know much about photography, but I can tell you that I just bought a SONY F707 Digital Camera ($1000 US)...
It has a pixel resolution of 2560x1920 (5.0 Megapixel) which is the largest I've seen..
It also has a few other nifty features, but again, I don't know much about photography itself, so I couldn't tell you if it will fit your needs.. But I can say it is an excellent camera and takes great pictures..

I still have mine from when I was 5 years old.. And it still works..
I took it out last year and showed my nephew (who was 5).. He liked it sooo much that he begged my sister (his mom) to buy one for him.. I'll bet you never will guess what his uncle got him last year for Christmas :-)
Needless to say, he and I play with the helicopter every time I go over and visit them (about 1/week)..

likewise for the soul, hell, the cross, etc.. genuine everyday christians are far more concerned about living a christian life, doing good, and following jesus.

I've always stated that the views of the trinity, whether or not Jesus died on a cross or torture stake, even if the star of Bethlehem was satinic in nature or not doesn't mount to a hill of beans when you actually understand Jesus' words of salvation..
The JW's are too caught up in doctrine that they miss the spirit of the bible...

i was raised in the "truth" and my mom is still very dedicated to being a witness.
i've noticed that over time, the society seems to have gotten more secular, or at least it appears so.. for example, the blood issue is now more secular, you can't be disfellowshipped.. also, being able to accept military civil service instead of going to jail.
i also read that a witness can now attend holiday celebrations with their unbelieving mate.. has anyone noticed this as well?

Unless I misunderstood some stuff, you will still be DF'd for taking a blood transfusion.. What is now a matter of "conscience" is you are allowed to take certain fractions of blood.. Whole blood is still deemed a DF offence..
As for the military civil service cards, I have no idea.. I do know that at one time there was a double standard in the organization.. People in Mexico were able to 'bribe' in order to get a card, while people in other lands were forbidden to get cards, even to the extent of being jailed..
I would hope that soon "shunning" would be a matter of conscience :-)
Until that is a matter of conscience, however, the society cannot be considered in my opinion more mainstream..
BTW: I'm not sure if you meant to use the word secular, or 'more like other religions'... I'm assuming you meant more like other religions.. Maybe more 'worldly'...
