Great Idea! Here is a list of do`s and don`ts
1. You can`t wake anyone up on a Saturday to tell them about your religion.
2.You can`t wear white socks with a suit.
3.If you clean office buildings or windows for a living you have to pay extra to get in.
4.You can`t use phrases like " This old system" or '' I`m so glad I`m in the truth".
5.You can have sex anyway you want, as long as it does`nt involve kids or animals.
6.You can`t change the rules in mid stride and chock it up to "gaining new light".
7.If your kids don`t want to be in your religion, still have them over for a meal.
8.If you have friends in the religion and they want no part of it anymore,have them over for a meal also.
9.If you want to buy a 4 door car, buy it because it looks cool.
10.Little kids will ALWAYS have a birthday party.

If I had a million dollars or 2
by Junction-Guy insometimes i just wish i could come into several million dollars, i would do so much good with it.
i would start up a college scholarship for those who were raised jw and never had the chance to go.
i would help out silentlambs.

My favourite cup is one from the " Far Side" collection . It has 2 deer standing together and one has a big bullseye on his chest. The other deer says to him " Bummer of a birthmark Hal"

As an avid hunter and fisherman, what gets my goat are those people who think it is avantgarde (sp?) or politically correct to be against hunting , fishing or any type of animal use and at the same time ask for no pickles on their quarter pounders!! Give me a huge break! If you live and breathe on this planet you are killing something to do so! So all those who support PETA and those other animal rights groups....you are just as guilty as I am!! I will continue to kill what I eat and not feel guilty about it one bit!! If Michael Jackson had some sort of disease that could only be verified by a test on a chimpanzee, well, let me tell ya, "Bubbles" days would be numbered!!!

Lady lee, I get to Kenora quite often for work , have`nt been to the "Peg since last summer. Get together with CJ and XJW_B12 not enough. They are the best..

JWD maps - Where are you?

Crossing-over with John Edwards
by Waygooder64 ini`m not sure if any on this board has seen the show " crossing-over with john edwards" but for some strange reason the show fascinates me.
if you have not seen the show its basically a guy who does readings for people in a studio audience who have had loved ones die, 'crossing-over' to the next realm.
he then connects with these dead people offering up clues to their passing and only personal things that close family would know about .

I`m not sure if any on this board has seen the show " Crossing-over with John Edwards" but for some strange reason the show fascinates me. If you have not seen the show its basically a guy who does readings for people in a studio audience who have had loved ones die, 'crossing-over' to the next realm. He then connects with these dead people offering up clues to their passing and only personal things that close family would know about . Now I am a most sceptical person and view most things with suspicion, but this guy seems to be the real deal. As JW`s we were always taught that people such as this are demonized and that we should stay away from shows like this. I am not sure if his readings are real but what I see are people who are truly relieved to hear that their loved ones are okay and in some way are still connected through people like John Edwards. Even if he is bogus, the people still leave the show with a sense of closure regarding a loved ones passing. Now I know some will respond that he seems to search for clues to a person life and death but some the of readings seem to be right on and ' way out there' details seem to surface. Could he be the real deal? Your thoughts?
