Thi chi, I think Jimmy Hoffa got a little too close to the real power in the USA.Did the do government do him in? maybe, but I tend to believe it was more of a mob hit of some sort.It is interesting to note that after all these years no one has come forth with anything even remotely credible as to his disappearance.Maybe some witnesses came back for a return visit and gang-saved him to death....lots of theories abound.

I knew it was them, why did I answer the door?
by Waygooder64 ini just had a visit by a couple that we used to know when we went to the hall.i had just put the baby to sleep for her afternoon nap and the doorbell rings.well, i guess did`nt answer it in the required dub timeframe (3 seconds) because they laid on that button for what seemed like half a minute.i had a feeling i was on the list for a gang-save because i ran into a dub i used to work with last week.anyways they invite the bride and i to the wine and cracker party on thursday night ( and please make sure to bring your lovely daughter with you ,we miss you guys so much!
) funny,its been almost 10 years since i stopped going and 7 years for the wife and they finally got around to noticing that we were missing a few meetings ?
my magazine slot must be overflowing by now!

I was trying to figure out a way to get them to leave before the commercial ended and the race started (nascar) when I thought,Hey, I think I hear the daughter crying! Blame it on the kid! Anyways they got the point and said goodbye and the usual 'hope to see you there and the time is short blah blah blah..I was not in the mood for a visit by them today.This couple that dropped by were what we considered close friends, we did alot together.They still are very nice people and if they ever went to the dark side they would be hoot to be with.They both like to party and we as a foursome had a good time together.Its too bad......

This joke may be off topic but it kind of melds with this thread,if any of you hunt you will probably understand.....A good buddy of mine asks me one day"Mike you hunt ducks,what type of dog should I get? So I tell him "you gotta get a dog with a tight asshole so that when the dog jumps in the water the water won`t go in `em and make him sink" He says "thats really good advice I`ll make sure I find a dog with a tight asshole,I don`t want my new dog to sink and drown" So off he goes to a bunch of kennels looking for a dog and all the while lifting the dogs tails and checking the seal of the dogs bum.The kennel master is watching all of this and finally comes over and asks him what the hell he was doing.Well my buddy tells him "My good friend Mike told me that I need a dog with a tight asshole so the water won`t go in him and make sink" The kennel master looks at him and says "That is good advice,I think I have the perfect dog for you"So he goes to the back of the kennel and comes out the oldest,mangiest critter that you have ever laid eyes on.The kennel master tells him " Now I know he ain`t much to look at but he is the best hunting dog I have.But before I give him to ya I have to do a bit of work on him" the Kennel master then goes and lifts the dog tail then grabs the dogs balls and give them a quarter turn to the right.Well! the dogs asshole cinches up tight as a drum.The kennel master then turns to my buddy and says "I had him adjusted for quail"......

Trying to erase the WTC from history ?
by Simon inlast week we were in burger king and on the wall behind us was a fantastic blank and white photo of the twin towers of the world trade centre.. this week, the picture has gone although all the other pictures of ny buildings are still up.. why?
surely this is a bigger insult to people than keeping it up there?.
i can understand removing images of the wtc from films where it is part of a terrorist plot but the buildings did exist and were magnificent.. what do you think?

Hi Simon! Sept 11 was such a evil day that people are still coming to grips with it.I`m sure that their hearts were in the right place in taking the picture down,but I think what might happen is that MORE attention will be given to the pictures absence that if it was still up.I think a better solution would be to place a small plaque of some sort on the picture or nearabouts with some carefully chosen words of rememberance.Taking a picture down will not erase the pain of that day and there are some people who do not want to forget.What a terrible day that was and all because a bunch of religious radicals thought they had Gods blessing.
