I understand that different times may need responses however I am troubled by the differences between the actions of the same god over time. For others (and snowbird) please continue your input. It may well make a large difference in helping my wife see the truth about "the truth"

help needed. God of OT vs God of NT

she is coming around to the fact that the gb are not the fds however i keep getting the line that god loves everyone and always has.
i will be researching the ot to show her examples of where the god of the ot demanded killing and forced slavery etc.

I need a bit of help trying to explain to my wife that the God of the OT was not the same "God is Love" of the NT. She is coming around to the fact that the GB are not the FDS however I keep getting the line that God loves everyone and always has. I will be researching the OT to show her examples of where the God of the OT demanded killing and forced slavery etc. Could people please add their examples of the bi-polar view of the God of the NT vs the God of the OT.

In Australia at least one Kingdom Hall has rented out land space to Telstra to have a mobile phone antenna on site. They charged Telstra around $10,000 per year. After tax changes in 2000 they would have had to pay Goods and Services Tax on the income so they changed the payment into a 'donation'. Pot,Kettle!

Golden Age ABC childrens book from 1919
by why144000 ini have picked up a copy of the golden age abc, a booklet made in 1919 for the instruction of children.
it is in full colour, a is for adam, b is for .. etc.
it is in good condition, with some pictures drawn by a child about 85 years ago.

It is in full colour, A is for Adam, B is for .. etc. It is in good condition, with some pictures drawn by a child about 85 years ago. My questions is - Does anyone have an idea of the value of such a booklet? Is it rare today? Before I look to sell it on ebay or the like I would love to get an idea of the value. Any ideas?
