i`m just speaking from my own experience here ,and it has occured to me that over the 33 years i was a witness and in the six congrgations i was a part of , except for a few exceptions, the majority of sisters in the congregations did not have a grasp of the so called deeper things of god,according to wt theology, sure they could run off " bible topics for discussion" sermons but very few could take a discussion any further than that.whereas i was aware that males seemed more likely to delve deeper into, not only the scriptures,but also the wt interpretations as a whole.

don`t get me wrong a few women left me for dead in their comprehension of topics ,but i`m just saying overall i found this to be the case ... my experience... smiddy.

I think thy are....i speak myself anyway...since i ws born i hve accepted everything as it uknow >>>> if its one of th publications thn i couldnt question it<<<<<< ..u knw dnbt get to "prove the truth" to myself..

in my early twenties curiosity crept in..i started asking questions,reading seeing how other pipo understand the bible..n now well I AM DISFELLOWSHIED..(i guess curiosity did kill this cat)

i jus got dissfellowshiped at th last week..i feel like dying..i attended th meetings yesterday and ita ws jus horrible..came back home in tears....... people i used to cal my friends nw cant look me in the eye..so heartbroken confused and giving up on life !.

i hve read each one of your posts.pondered on them all...THNKYOU..its amazing how people who may never meet be so caring..

i wish i knew u were out there..i wish i could reply to each .........i feel a whole better today....with your hepl and my significant other has been a great help..i get depression clouds over every now and then a suicidal thot crosses my mind...but am coping.one breath at a time..

i hve a rough raod ahead but am not giving up....

ill keep u posted on how life after beimg disfellowship is....

being a witness is all i hver known..my belifs affect by way of life...everting.wat and how i eat,recreate,seek companionship ,how i spend my free time,who i love ...th list is endless..very often am judgemental others who dont do thinks i i hve known o believed should be done bt th past years my significant other has helpd become more open minded and look at life through diffrent eye..............

i miss my fellow witness friends alot....bt now i doubt all tht unconditional love thy claimed to hve for me...i plan to marry my significant other..thinking of how my family members will not be there for it all breaks my heart..n makes me cry i hope love does conquer all

i spoke to my mum ysterday an she has been very understandung shockingly!!coz she was th most religious in th family..bt i gues she knws better wat am goin thru coz she was DF'd ryt about my age..for 2 years..for similar reasons..my dad was a non witness..he is now bt not very active.....

my siblings are both reg pioneers

all i really wanted was a fresh start......am dating a person who isnt a witness.bin at it for 5 years..we really do love each other and relate to well.he even wanted to start studtn th bibile his even better thn some brothers i hve knwon n datd in th cong..bt thy insist we will never work..i mean isnt love supposed to conquer all...is ot so wrng to love??

am in namibia..thnkyou..i dnot hve anyone..i cut ties with all my 'worldy friends' in th name of bad association...all my friends were witnesses an now thy cant even look me in the eye..thy treat me like a leper:(..

how do i cope.waht do i do..th day i got disfellowshped i actually prayed to th devil..i wnt him to just kill me..im miserable ..lifes not woth living any mre.
