I AM ADDICTED TO NOTHING and nothing impresses me. I don`t care too much for anything in the world either. Short attention span.

lately, i notice quite a few comments of disillusionment.
some say they are no longer religious.
others say they are not sure if god really exists.others are trying to come to terms with life outside of the watchtower.
I was never good enough for the love of Jehovah. When the "princes` of Jehovahs` org" let me know that I was not longer suitable to be among Jehovah`s people. Well eventually I got the picture, I stopped hanging around where I was not wanted.
I am not sure if there is or is not a true being, all I know is that my unconditional love for my children tells me that God should be the same way.

i have a son who was disfellowshipped while suffering serious depression and who was not actively "sinning".. i feel this is outrageous and want to know how widespread the practice is.
please tell me what your experiences are, i am interested and want to try to get the brothers to factor this in, so we can stop losing people to depression.

i just don't get why all of you are so upset with the watchtower bible and tract society.
now, they did make few mistakes, even though they are god's channel of communication.

Frogit: Sounds like your your starting to think for yourself. You hit the nail on the head,your strenth must come from inside of yourself. Keep your head down. Be sure and brace yourself, anything that can happen, will. I know you want to trust the elders, but be careful, contrary to what they say they do not need to know everything.
Don`t get caught up in the emotion of wanting to lash out at anyone. Be ready, and always, always, always look out for yourself first.

the elders wife that really pisses me off, is the one that would boastfully announce that jehovah had provided her husband with a part-time teaching job, emphasising that his employment was "on the line" each year....but thanks to jehovah,(in other words) we are so fucking loyal and do many hours in field service and things that nobody could possibly know about ( but i'm letting you know indirectly) so my husband has an income to assist us in our pioneer service!
what pisses you off about elders wives?
No offense to you Mum, the elders wives were so smug. They tended to have their own exclusive clique. One of the elders wives never came to a meeting, okay maybe once a month. That was okay though.
Now I like jewelry too, but we had an elders wife that wore so much, you could comb your hair in the reflection. She was giving Mr. T a run for his money. Gawdy even by the so called "worlds" standards.
