  Friends we are too unbalanced.

  well sometimes we are.. look we have the knowledge and experience to help a lot of people.must of us have one time been jw's and understand how many think.so lets not put them off by being too negative.. when we were witnesses most of us were quite happy .

  we tried to be good people , to put into practise principles that many people think are good.

  we did this sometimes even when we didn't want to , because we thought god would hold us accountable and because we cared for people .

  Well Name we may be missing the point or we may just not agree with you (shrug)...I don't know..

  All religions have doctrine...uuumm Catholics have excommunication...are they evil? They don't all adhere to it but it is part of the basic church doctrine. I have spoken with a lot of "Christians" and some of the believe they have the only "true" religion and that no one else is going to heaven..are they evil? Is their entire religion and everyone who is a part of it evil?

  lol basically we all have some evil in us or potential for evil..it boils down to an individual basis for me...I am not going to hate someone because they are a JW or a Catholic or black or white or man or woman...If I hate them it will be for their actions against me and mine or if I am made aware of them hurting someone else...

  If nothing else I believe that being a JW and coming out of it has made me a more tolerent person...better maybe...depends on who you ask I guess

  Well for what it is worth sleepy I am with you...having been one of the "evil" Jw's for 20 years.

  Not EVERY JW shuns people, not EVERY JW wants all the worldly people to die so they can have their homes, not EVERY JW is evil. To lump an ENTIRE group of people together, say they are evil and you hate them is like lumping an entire race of people together and saying they are EVIL.

  Funny there is so much talk about there being no love from the JW's..uuumm where is our love and understanding for them? You would think people who were once in their shoes would be a little more tolerant.

  No I don't like the org. and no I don't want to go back. I hate the ORG. not ALL the individiuals. Yes there are some very evil people within the org..but you know what they might have been evil even if they had never become JW's.

  But that is just my take on it.......

  Anniversary!
