  this probably has been debated hear already, but after reading .

  another op-ed article this morning on the subject i thought i would .

  see what people thought about allowing women members at augusta.. most if not all of the articles i've read support women members being .

  I can tell you that it is just as frustrating to be a woman on the golf course behind men who can't play and be waaaaaiiiiiiitttttinnnngg- not knowing how to play is not gender specific. And not knowing when to let someone behind you play through is ignorance of the game and it's etiquette. Weekends on the golf course will bring out many who don't know how to play that well. So, at least here, if you don't have a very early tee time on the weekend, you are entering the twilight zone of golf!!!

  And I'm with hannabal- how would you play D outs with no ladies tees????

  My High School Reunion

  i received and email a couple of weeks ago that there was going to be a sort of impromptu reunion the night after thanksgiving.

  last year i got the same notice, but was out of town so i couldn't attend.

  thought about it for awhile and decided i was going to make myself go this year.

  Very brave that you went all by yourself!!!! I'm glad you were able to hook up with some nice folks and had some fun. And just who were those idiots who went to a class reunion only to not talk to or "reunited" with others????? I don't get that.

  Did you make some new friendships?? Anyone you'll hang out with beyond last nite?

  very demonstrative here. I was raised that way and the communityI live in is very touchy-feely- it's all hugs when you come in!!! (thus how I greet folks in the chat :D) I have customers who I have been working with for the past 16 years who, when we meet for lunch or whatever, a handshake just wouldn't work!!! It's a hug!!

  People screw up along the way-raise my hand for that!!!! It's nice to get a hug that says- it's okay-you didn't screw up that badly and I still love you!!!!!!

  There is nothing better than to get a genuine hug from someone you know cares about you!!!!

  And I've seen many folks who are uncomfortable with a hug because it's not something they are accustomed to. If this is you....we "huggers" understand and we'll just keep hugging k?

  I Am Home From Surgery....Hooray!!!

  my surgery is over and i am home.

  the doctor said that she has never seen anybody recover as quickly as i am.

  i am sure that all your prayers and well wishes are the reason why i am doing so well.

  Robyn!!!!! So glad things went smoothly and you are on the road to mending!!!! Take it easy though and don't overdo it. I know it's probably not easy for you to do but LET THEM take care of you!!!!!!!

  My Family Thanksgiving Day (Pictures)

  my family's portrait is in the illustrated dictionary beside "dysfunctional".

  once upon a time we used to gather together at my grandparents' place.

  at first, that was easy to do since we all lived with my mom (we were her kids, four of us: brother john, me, sister janis, and sister carolyn).

  Awesome pictures- thanks for sharing them with us. You all look like you enjoyed yourselves alot!! Very nice looking family you have! I'm glad it worked out so well. Sometimes it seems like we become so apprehensive about how things will turn out and they are never as bad as we imagined they might be. In this case it looks like it was even better than all that. A normal family playing, eating and enjoying each other's company!!! Very nice to see!!!!

  Thanksgiving Football???

  im a big cowboy fan, and i love to watch them play on thanksgiving.

  but if i was not a cowboy fan, i must admit i would rather watch a more completive game, a game that would have play off implications.. how do you feel about it?

  Yep, it is tradition. And Joanna has a point there- they may stop sucking at some point again. (emphasis on "may")

  Today, Wild- in honor of you, my friend, I will watch the Cowboys and I'll even cheer for them.

  (Unless of course my family starts throwing large objects at me, at which point my physical safety will need to take over)

  Paul McCartney back in the U.S.

  last night i watched paul mccartney on satilite,on tour.that dude can still rock.his volume of work over the decades still stands up today.

  that man can put on a show,and thats a fact.his band all,younger guys were just incredible.his drummer was awesome,i haven`t seen a drummer that good since last year,when i saw john fogerty,former singer/writer of credence clearwater revival.john`s drummer was mezmerizing..did anyone else catch pauls concert last night?...outlaw edited by - outlaw on 28 november 2002 13:17:29.

  I did and I agree with all of what you said! The guy can still ROCK!!! I particularily enjoyed the behind the scenes stuff. Paul seems to be a very gracious man! The scenes with the ape and the hose cracked me up!!!
