  as i was taking my shower this morning i was musing about certain posts i had read the day before.

  the one about the tampons just tickled me to no end.

  crazy stuff people will do to enforce whatever crazy ideas they have about human sexuality.

  when you occasionally have a really bad day, and you just need to take it out on someone, don't take it out on someone you know, take it out on someone you don't know (like someone at the hall).

  i was sitting at my desk when i remembered a phone call i'd forgotten to make.

  I'm going to Bethel... Wanna Come?

  so my mother suprised me about a week ago by telling me we are going on a bus trip to bethel from april 13-17. for those of you who aren't used to this concept, american dubs seem to think that packing themselves on the bus with 60 other witnesses and driving for 4 days is somehow going to strengthen themselves spiritually.

  well, i doubt that will work for me.

  i was just wondering, is there anything i should look for/ be on the alert for?

  Ask them how much they are getting for selling their properties.

  Oh and try in sneak into the library and borrow their copy of COC, or all the other apostate literature they have there.

  Ask if you can borrow their UN library card because you want to visit there next.

  Sneak into a bethelite's room that has a computer, and check their IE favourites list to see if JWD is there.

  hello guys.... i have a qestion .....hopefully u can help me.

  its kinda stupid actually, but if someone knows i will apreciate an answer.

  why are circuit / district overseers move every so often ?

  They move the CO around every 3 years

  Too bad they didn't do that with the elder arrangement. There's a few elders I would have been happy to see sent to another circuit. Hell I would have thrown them a going away party

  Advantages to being a JW

  i'd say that the biggest advantage of being a jw is that you learn the bible.

  growing up a jw (never baptized), i had many friends (mostly catholic) who didn't even know where most books of the bible were even located.

  jws really do learn and study the bible and this knowledge becomes very helpful once you start looking at the bible more objectively and not with wts binders.

  three little words that work !!

  (1)the three little words are: "hold on, please..." .

  saying this, while putting down your phone and walking off (instead of hanging-up immediately) would make each telemarketing call so much more time-consuming that boiler room sales would grind to a halt.

  So, save your junk mail for a week, a month, or whatever, wrap it up and send it along to your MP --- no charge!

  and just think of all the recycling we don't have to haul to the curb, just drop into a mailbox
