you all know i just lost my first baby through miscarriage and that my mum was supportive through out the whole ordeal... well it didn't last.
she called me last night and informed me that there had been a committee meeting held and that the elders had decided due to the circumstances that they would disfellowship me.
Kelpie. I feel for you. Sure has not been a good couple of weeks for you.
On the other hand you do have a lot of great things to look forward to.
The shackles of the WTBTS are loosened, and you have gone from being a prisioner of the Watchtower to a prisioner of love.
You are discovering freedom, and true friendship.........and you're getting married !

i've seen a few posts where someone states that they want the org to "go to hell" or "burn in hell".
the org has always had a "likely" chain of events for the armegeddon, you know, babylon the great being destroyed and by the wild beast and the the wild beast turning on the witnesses, the start of the great tribulation, armegeddon, and then the thousand year reign (or something like that).
so... what would you like to see happen to the org?
If it can be completely and accurately revealed, how much the WTBTS is worth worldwide.
Cash, stock, property, etc, and what their expenditures are, and what they are used for, and the fact they pay a minimum of taxes, could make for the start of their demise.
Show them up as the business they really are, not the religion they claim to be.
I usually try to read all the posts, but those 4 - 5 pagers are a challenge.
my employer imports a lot of beef from australia and new zealand.

what an interesting and unusual experience.. a good friend of mine who is based in toronto, but whom is originally from the niagara penninsula, has been dabbling in video and 8mm short film.
he's also a local independent musician, and honestly, the nicest person you could ever meet.
